So, you've no doubt thought about approaching that cute girl eye-ing at the gym, or that super-nice girl at the bus stop or your neighbour right? The secret is simple. The secret for a shy guy to meet hot women is... to not be shy. Profound I know. But you didn't think of that did you? 2) Getting the proper tools and resources for improving them (books, audios, articles, tutorials, courses, seminars) on communication skills and communication confidence
