It is a terrible feeling, that anger and feeling of loss when you suspect that your spouse might be having an affair. It hurts and can damage the psyche for a long time. It constantly nags at you, and you simply have to know for sure.

These are some tell tale signs, but be careful. They could mean something else. Especially if you have been cheated on before, you might be extra sensitive to issues or see things that don't mean what you think they mean. However, if you think they are cheating, then there is obviously something very wrong in the relationship. If it is your issue or theirs, or maybe both weather they are cheating or not becomes a secondary issue, after the fact that a lack of trust is eating away at the foundations.

Keep in mind that these things do not always equate to cheating, however if these things are taking place, then a) they are not into the relationship anymore for whatever reason, b) They are thinking about leaving c) they are depressed possibly in a clinical sense d) they have feelings for someone else but have not cheated e)theyare hiding something f) they are cheating.

1. They lose interest in sex, or sexual behaviour changes. 2.Sex no longer feels intimate. 3.Sex does not last as long. A woman might fake it to get it over with, or a man might ejaculate quickly, or have trouble keeping it up. This might be due to too much masterbation, stress or other physical problems. 4. They act distant. 5. They don't touch, hold or kiss anymore. 6.They sleep on the couch or in another room. They feel like a roomate. 7. They call you by another name. 8. They mention other people being attracted to them. 9) They act guilty. 10. they rage and get angry easily. 11. They accuse you of cheating. 12. They are overly defensive if questioned about it. 13. They become increasingly interested in clothes and grooming. 14. They spendmore time at the mirror. 15. They start trimming their pubic hair. 16. They make excuses to go out. 17. They won't meet you at their place of work. 18. They spend more time at work but their cheques do not get bigger. 19. They start showing strange telephone behaviour, ie whispers, short calls, hiding cell phone bill, not answering your calls when they are gone or out with their friends. They forget to shower at home, but seem showered anyway. 20. They use more gas 21. There are signs of a passanger in the car, ie two coffee cups 22. Music station is changed 23. Money is unaccounted for 24.Strange reciepts. 25. Unusual credit card statements.

If they have had a history of cheating in the past, they are that much more likely to cheat again. If you are overly suspicious of accusatory, it is possible to drive them to it. A spouse often cheats with someone close to you. Do they seem strangley close to a friend or family member?

Remember the above list can account for alot of things besides cheating. They could be using drugs or hiding something else. But if it is inyour gut instinct, then you are probably correct that they are/have/will cheat.
