Asthma is mainly due to allergy. But in children’s it can be hereditary. I have got it from my mother side. So here we will focus on what should you do to treat your children when he/she having asthma.

Third step to treat your child

Know asthma, why it comes, when it comes, what is the frequency? All these things are important. Remember asthma can have a frequency. For me most of the attack came In early in the morning. This can be same or different with your child. So know it. Understand it. Will save your efforts a lot.

Fourth step to treat your child

Many times asthma is due to allergy. Allergy by certain things like some flower, or some food. Know it and avoid it. For the food related, know sometimes ice-creams, cold drinks can be harmful for the child(Cold mainly increase cough). So avoid it.

Other options for treatment of childhood asthma

Yoga is a very good option for increasing the stamina of your child. Learning Yoga from childhood can benefit in much more ways for your child in the future. Yoga is very good for the robustness of the body and most efficient for lungs.

Homeopathy is not a other option, but a alternative way to treat your child. Homeopathy considers not only body status but also status of mind of your child. And also it don’t required any injections or salience.

The main thing you should know is treating asthma at childhood will result in better life for your child.

First step to treat your child

Consult a good doctor. When I say good, it is a specialist, not a normal allopathic doctor. A specialist of chest or lungs is important here. Because the first analysis should be done with care. Which will save many complications in the future. Like knowing the side diseases of asthma is important. So go to any specialist, do full analysis and then decide which treatment would be best for your child.

Second step to treat your child

Remember cleanliness matters most in asthma. A chunk of dust can give your child a savior attack. So be careful with your child. Don’t let him/her to get involved into any dusty locations.
