The George Foreman Grill Machine is a popular indoor grill promoted by well-known boxer, George Foreman. It is often promoted in infomercials, using the tagline "I'm so proud of it, I put my name on it", and is manufactured by Salton, Inc.

Tips about How to Use

I hope they gave you the drip tray along with the grill. That is a very important part as the concept is the draining of fat and grease from the meat.If you don't have it, I'm sure they sell replacements at places like Wal-Mart.

Once you start using it you should really like it. I thought it was a novelty at first, but I use mine all the time now. Just remember that it cooks top and bottom simultaneously so try not to overcook. You will get use to cooking times with use.

Plug it in, wait for it to heat, then put in whatever kind of meat, sandwich or whatever you want to cook. Should have come with instructions and recipes.

I use mine to cook Bubba Burgers. It does not take long at all and they are always juicy. I have also found that meat section chicken breast do not cook as tender as the ones you get in the frozen food section. I will heat just about anything you put between the lids. I quicky for my son is Mexican frozen Tosquitos. They come frozen and wrapped. I just put them on the grill and they are hot and crispy in minutes. Much better than microwaving them which makes them soggy and faster than heating up the oven.

One thing I have found with mine is that the grease cups are not big enough for a family of three, so I use a plate under mine that has a big enough lip on it that the grease does not overflow when I move it.

It is a much healthier way of cooking, if you can not grill.

Use you're imagination with it and enjoy using it.

This is a great Hub! I'd forgotten that I made this request :) Using the grill to heat up taquitos is a great idea... they do get soggy in the microwave! I love how fast it heats up. Great ideas... thanks :D
