It is mostly see that household women are careless about their health. In taking care for her husband and children women can not keep care for her health but every woman should take care for her health also so that she may give birth a healthy child and maintain healthy atmosphere in the family.

The following food is essential for them to maintain her figure & diet.

  • Apple – apple is a fruit of low calories. It has soluble fibre. Sour and sweet apple is better. Bark of the apple should not be removed at the time of eating. The apple makes stomach strong. It lowers bloodpressor it makes teeth and gums strong. It is also useful for digestion. Phosphorous is found in abundant quantity with comparison to the other fruit. Iron is also found in abundant quantity. It is easily digestible due to the presence of tartaric acid in the apple. It also helps the other food digestible in the body.
  • Banana – it is works as depressant diet for women. Amino acid triptofan is found in it. It increases the production of systonin which is a nurturance matter. Potassium is found in abundant quantity in banana which helps in high bloodpressor and saves the body from stroke. Banana also provides energy
  • Amla – it contain more amount of vitamin “c”. it is useful in cough, cold and fever. It is on the whole very useful for the whole body. It increases the resisting power of the body. It also makes gums strong and saves from cataracha defect. It also helps in asthma, heart disease and an particular cancer.
  • Mango – it is very testy healthy fruit. It is also an antioxidant or helpful in serical cancer.
  • Lemon – lemon vitamin is very effective. Because it contains vitamin C , niacin and thiamin. Its juice saves from Influenza, malaria or cold. It is also useful for heart, bones, and teeth. It saves the body from bladder disorder.
