A) I use CB Niche Builder to find an affiliate product that is profitable and has a history of proven sales record.

B) Do some keywords' research for this niche product, I will target 5 long tail keywords that have moderate search volume.

C) Use CB Niche Builder to build mini niche sites based on the long tail keywords. Create some good back links for the mini sites and wait for them to appear on first or second pages on Google.

D) Write 1-2 articles each for the 5 different long tail keywords and submitted them to ezinearticles.com. For example, if I write 2 articles for each long tail keyword, I will write 10 articles altogether. In average, I get 30-50 unique visitors for each article, so I get 300 - 500 unique visitors for the 10 articles that I have submitted to ezinearticles . com.

If I get sales on this niche product, I will research for more keywords and work hard on this niche. Nevertheless, if I don't see sales after all the steps above, I will quit this product and go for new niches' products.

Note: Normally, I will get at least 3 or 4 sales within 1-2 weeks, because I find high converting affiliate niche products using CB Niche Builder. This software allows me to eliminate any products that are not profitable and low in conversion rate.
