There are no waiter or waitresses in Sushi selling places called "Sushi-Ya", so one has to order through the Chef. One should know the basics of ordering Sushi, this will help, just make sure the Chef is not a Samurai J and don't make him angry.

There are three types of Sushi, "Ohtoro", "Chuutoro" and "Toro". This indicates the quality of the Tuna, "Ohtoro" is the highest grade fish, rich in fat and delicious. The rice used is known as "Shari" is the finest quality "koshihikari" brand. While the Toro Sushi, is a junk food of low quality. The fish is recycled and instead of rice, barley or minced pasta is used.
