I also liked The Auto Auction Center They were a little more expensive ($50), but they also have a few more search features and the bundle everything in a single package (property, boats, music downloads, etc.) for one price.

It really depends on what you are looking for, but I think this is the way to go if you want to try your luck with a seized property auction.
