This is a variation of the "How Do I Get Free Stuff" type of promotion. You still need to complete offers but the promotion company only offers cash as the reward. You complete an offer to qualify then they pay you for every offer you complete starting with the second offer. The amount they pay is specified in the promotion offer listing.

They also pay you for every referral you send them who completes an offer. I only know of one free-money site, Order Cash 4 Free, but I am sure there are others.. If you are the type of person who is good at generating referrals you could make a fair amount of pocket change using this strategy. Be very careful if you plan to participate with this site. There is some bad press about them and you do not want to get taken.
