Flaws in the Diamond :

  • Small cracks which jewelers sometimes call feathers.

  • Inclusion (other substances enclosed in the crystals).

The best quality diamonds and the most valuable ones are completely colorless. Very few diamonds reach this standard. Many diamonds have a yellowish shade.

Most people consider a diamond to be perfect if it is colorless as well as flawless, has high clarity and is perfectly cut. When buying diamond, the buyer should seek the advice of a reliable dealer.
