Will You Be My Girlfriend? how to ask
You have asked her out, been on a couple of dates with her, and you have both got along fantastically you know that you really like her and you think that she feels the same way about you. Your friends have already assumed that you are boy friend/girl friend they have seen you out together laughing and joking holding hands, kissing having a great time.
Asking her to be your girlfriend shouldn't be difficult but fear of rejection is always there at the back of your mind even if you know that she is crazy about you too.

People still do that??? Way back when, a boy would ask a girl to "go steady". I don't think that happens anymore. What the problem is, is that you want to make sure she is exclusively yours. Why not take her out to a nice quiet dinner and asking her what she thinks about the two of you dating only each other? We women know from the very first how we feel about you. It doesn't take women very long. So she is ready for that question or she is not. If she hedges, she is just not that in to you. Or she may already assume you are girlfriend and boyfriend. But if a man really likes a girl he wants to know that she is not going to go out with anybody else and this is really the problem that you have.

As a girl i would agree with your advices. Usually we like it when the guys are sweet and sincere instead of hiding their true feelings and playing it cool all the time, so if you ask a girl and she says yes, then show that you're happy. Just take it slow though and don't be too agressive. =]

All right guys. Im in the same stage that a lot of you wanting help are: I want a girlfriend and dont have one. I just gotta tell you the one most important thing: don't be desperate. Just be yourself, but play it somewhat cool if you are kind of a spaz (Im not, but my friend is and thats why he is single). Basically, I can get dates with a lot of girls just by playing it cool and laid back and bein myself. Getting a girlfriend is completely different from getting a date though. The difference is the girl has to like you a lot to be your girlfriend. That is why I am always myself. Because if I get in a relationship with someone based on a fake personality, it will only be trouble in the long run. Unless you dont actually care about the girl and just want to run the bases with her. But I, and I bet a lot of you actually care about girls so I dont do that. So far, I haven't found anyone I'm compatable with, but I dont get worried bcus I kno there are plenty of girls out there (plus Im a kind of eccentric guy, so for you normal guys it will prbly be a lot easier). But as long as ur not desperate and are yourself, youll meet the right girl. But I just have to say you have to also get out there and try to meet girls to, be friendly with all the ones you meet, and flirt with them if they are interested. Well im 17 years old! I had a biggg crush on some girl back when i was in 8th grade till a couple months ago. I am now in my Jr. Year of High School and Me and her are NOW basically about to reach another level, which is we are going to go out pretty soon. *I did ask her out January 3rd when we were watching movies at her place with her friends and cousins. WE were laying together on the couch cuddled up, kissing each other occasionally, and watching the notebook.
