Have you tried loads of ways to get rid of flab, reduce your body fat and feel better inside yourself?
Loosing weight and reducing fat can be very difficult and stressful, I for one, have gone through various diets that have not worked well and if you have to, I know exactly how you feel.
Most people tell us "eat less", "exercise more" but they do not tell us exactly what we have to eat, when to eat, and why? so it fails.
Eating less does not help you lose fat, you will lose fat, but you'll gain it back just as easily, we need to learn a proper, effective way to get rid of flab, and improve our general fitness.
Whilst I researched into effective, genuine diets and plans, I came across Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a diet generator that comes up with an 11-day meal plan of essentially low-fat, high-protein, low-carb foods. You do not have to give it a moments thought and you don't have to starve either. A days plan consists of 4 square meals, and you can eat as much as you want of each of them.
I found this to be a very effective way to reduce body fat, and get rid of flab.
