Tips on dealing with pressure

Everyone one of us might have encountered high pressure situations in our jobs or personal life. Here are a few good tips to help deal with such situations in a better way and not lose our calm.

Get rid of anxiety and pressure with the following tips and be the best under pressure at work:

1. Before reacting to any situation, take time to assess it and plan your response. Respond appropriately to a situation and do not react hastily.

2. Focus on things which you can control instead of worrying about things which you have no power over. Learn how to be a super achiever - Set Goals Like a Winner

3. Drink lots of water. 8 glasses of water a day would help in keeping your body hydrated so that you can think coolly and function normally.

4. Drink black tea. It can stimulate your thinking and also energize you. This is a good thing specially in a high pressure situation wherein you might feel your energy being drained away physically or mentally. 5. Go for a quiet and leisurely walk. Moderate physical exercise should act as a good stress buster.
