A healthy body conveys a health mind. It works as a fresh breeze & enchants the hearts of other people by the very nature of virtues it flaunts. It looks as beautiful as the sky, neatly blessing us with a vision so pure, carved, refreshing & soothing. It's magical to see a radiant smile spreading happiness around just like the person gazing at the sky.

  • Hair-Care: Washing hair regularly with keep one rid of dandruff, lice, itching & excess oil secretion. One can prevent acne proper hair-care & skin-care. Oiling & conditioning nourishes the hair & promotes health. Combing twice daily is essential for regulating circulation of blood in the head. Haircut is recommended every two-three months or as desired.

Warm a mix of castor oil & coconut oil. Apply atleast once or twice a week in the hair-roots & massage gently with fingertips.

  • Skin-Care: Use a mild soap to suit your skin type. There are special soaps available for sensitive skin. Use a face-wash or milder soap for the face.
  • Manicure your hands once a month.
  • Pedicure your feet once a month.
  • Apply honey with a few drops of lemon to cleanse, moisturise & tone your facial skin.
  • Use slices of potato, cucumber or used teabags to remove the puffiness of eyes & dark circles. One could also use cotton balls soaked in rose water or any aromatherapy solutions.
