What You Will Need:
1 man's shirt 1 pair men's pants 1 pair men's boots or shoes 1 man's hat Pair of scary hands Scary face mask Fake Butcher knife or small sword Newspapers (or filler) Ketchup
Instructions:
Stuff men's clothing with newspapers, enough so it looks like a real person. Make a round ball out of newspapers for the head. Stick the head in the man's shirt. Put the mask on the front for the face. Put the hat on him.
A couple weeks before Halloween, sit the man on your front porch or patio in a chair, near your front door. After you have him sitting, put the man's pant legs into the boots. Try to make him look real, but scary.
Stick the knife through the shirt and into the newspaper, (near where your heart is), so it will stay. Use ketchup so it looks like blood coming out of the stabbing point.
The neighborhood kids should get used to seeing him there so they won't expect what's going to happen. On Halloween, have someone put the same clothes on and sit in the chair waiting for trick-or-treaters. When they get close, yell BOO!
He will not look like the picture above.

Yep, I bet that would scare them alright. I can see their faces and hear their screams.
