HubLove Clue - Monday, March 10
50Today's Clue Sponsor
Today's clue is hosted by PixelHead Online. Head over to PixelHead Online pick up today's topic clue. Then head back here to guess.
Visit PixelHead Online for today's clue.
Note that we're in our final third of the contest, so the first correct guess wins 3 points now. You all have 3 guesses each, as well.
Congratulations to jdnyc who solved today's clue first. Today's topic is POLITICS. (The quote is by Ann Richards, and in the original language: "I've always said that in politics, your enemies can't hurt you, but your friends will kill you.")
You have until noon tomorrow (Tuesday, Pacific Time) to publish up to 10 high-quality Hubs, each worth 3 points (yes, three points; that's not a typo; the best Hub wins 15 points!), that must:
- be on the topic of politics; remember, keep it informative and useful, and *not* your personal feelings or rants on politics; your Hubs should *not* only be your opinions or guesses, and should aim to be useful for years from now, not just in the coming months; (here are just some examples "Greek origins of democracy", "Democratic and Republican voting patterns since the 1960s", "The history of the Green Party in the U.S.", "Female heads of state", etc.)
- include the tag politics
- have at least 300 words (no credit for 299 so you might as well overshoot)
- be unique and significantly different from any other Hub or Web page.
Of course, it must comply with our Terms of Use (not overly promotional, adult, etc.) Keep in mind that in judging, we're looking for Hubs that are informative, interesting, engaging and unique.
BONUS! For each eligible point for the day's contest, you will win one entry into a daily drawing for $100! Read the HubLove Official Contest Thread for more information.
As always, we look forward to seeing the entries!
Also, look later in the day for the updated tally of points on the HubLove Contest page.

Great solving, jdnyc!
WTG jdnyc.....jimmy
Wow, way to go. That was fast.
now that was efficient! Way to go everyone! No more 8 hour clue stuff.
Ann Richards was always good for a quote.
A reporter once asked her what she'd do (while governor) if Texas rejected the death penalty. She said: "I'd faint."
Religion, politics...What's next- sex?
great job!
good job jdnyc!! - those marathons the last couple days were tough!
Dang - I am a bit slow - there it is - Ann Richards.
Hooray! I come back, and it is solved. :)
After the last few days, it seemed like a much more "user-friendly" clue than we have been getting! :)
