Rosie O'Donnell vs Hulk Hogan

In an odd story that came out on Thursday Hulk Hogan wants to see someone beat up Rosie O'Donnell.
During an interview for his new show, American Gladiators, Hulk Hogan was asked what celebrity he would like to see a gladiator pummel.
He responded: "without a doubt Rosie O'Donnell. Somebody needs to shut that big mouth up." as reported by Fox News.
Can't say I disagree with him...
But not to be out done Rosie O'Donnell posted a response on her Blog at Rosie.com:

I guess shes to busy or too stupid to formulate anything resembling sentences... Oh and HUGE surprise she brought up the war. Using the deaths of soldiers to try and further her pathetic career... another HUGE surprise. She NEVER does that.
But somehow I can't help to think this was all just to bring some publicity to Hulk Hogan's new show. Which I can't wait for by the way... I always loved the original.

I'd pay to see a gladiator pummel Rosie. I just wish it could be a real gladiator with a sword. Oops did I say that out loud.
Poor Rosie. Opening her mouth and expressing dissenting views invites violent threats.
Well... I'm not sure how much of a victim Rosie O'Donnell is
But she is getting violent threats, without threatening anyone with violence herself, right?
I can understand what you're saying but I really think this waa more of a "shut up Rosie" comment and probly not as much about really inflicting physical pain on her.
What exactly has Rosie said that makes Hulk Hogan want her to shut up so badly?
I don't know for sure but I would assume it has something to do with her idiotic assertion that 9/11 was an inside job.
You know, Rosie used to be really funny back in the day when she was hosting that VH1 comedy thing, or whatever it was.

yeah - i think you're right about the publicity. Rosie should charge these guys for using her to promote their shows. Maybe they do pay her. It's weird though, I haven't heard or thought about Rosie O'Donnell in months. But American Gladiator is back on television where it belongs and that is the important thing.
