This festive season I got holiday for a week. So We decided to travel somewhere by car for five days. Finally we decided to visit Shirdi, where we have had darshan earlier 7 years back by train. So this time we want to travel by car to shirdi and near by places.

When I asked my friend about the route map, lot of people were giving lot of information and some were not aware of the route. Finally I collected all the information about the route from various sources and planned accordingly.

We were totally four adults and two children and were travelling in Maruti 800 car from Hyderabad to Shirdi. 

We left Hyderabad exactly by Morning 6 AM and started our trip to Shirdi. We travelled in NH7 Hyderabad Bombay Highway via. patancheru, Sangareddy, Sadasivapet, Zaheerabad, Humnabad and after crossing humnabad, we had breakfast and tea near the road side around 8 AM and continued our journey and reached Solapur around 11.15 AM. We have covered 330 KM from Hyderabad to reach Solapur. There we had some shopping for Solpaur Bedsheets near the Bye-pass road and took right turn at 11.45 Noon and proceeded to Tumberni.

After travelling 50 Km we halted for Lunch at Mohal at 12.45 Noon. The Restaurants (Dhabas) looked decent and we stopped for Lunch, but later we felt we had taken bad decision. They took 1 hour to serve and quality and rates were worst. At 1.45 PM we started our post lunch travel and after travelling another 50 Kms we reached Tumbherne and turn from Bombay highway took right turn to Karmala road. Road was good from this point and around 4 Pm we reached karmala.

We had Kakad Aarathi Darshan at Shirdi Temple at 4.30AM in the morning and we came out of the temple by 6.30AM. Then we went to the Hotel room and took rest for an hour and finished our breakfast and decided to visit Shani Singanapur.
