As some of you may be aware I tend not to follow too much of the environmental twaddle, things such as Global Warming completely fail to impress me.  Dispite this however I do believe anything that reduces any kind of pollution is a good thing, and with over 250 million registered vehicles on the road in North America alone then cleaner more efficient fuel technologies should always be at the forefront of our fight against pollution.

Fortunately Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Fuel technologies are bounding towards commercialism.  Now eight of the worlds top car manufacturers are embarking on the Hydrogen Road Tour 2009 to prove that a dozen of their Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicles can make the masive road trip along the west coast of America.  This road trip will test the cars endurance on the long straights, weaving roads, city driving and some Off Roading.

During the 9 day 1,700 mile trip the cars and their owners will be stopping off at roadshows down the West coast of the USA to show just what is best about the stunning environmentally friendly hydrogen fuel cell cars!

The Hydrogen Fuel Road Tour 2009 will be taking place between May 26th and June 3rd and will cover the 1700 miles of the West coast of North America.
