66I Cant sleep, can't sleep and can't sleep these are the words all the employees of the private sector use frequently. The work pressure in the private sector is so high that employees work in home even after working about 15-16 hours daily. There are other reasons that prevent people to sleep during night. Some dream about their dream girl and some make plans to how to complete the pending works.
However, the people who are not able to sleep because of insomnia are in real danger and in critical cases their life can be at stake. Insomnia does not occur overnight, but it is the result of the daily routine of life. Working till late nights or not sleeping for 2-3 nights makes a human to get into this disease slowly. Without having the clear idea about insomnia, sometimes it is common that an individual asks the question “why cant I sleep at night”. The doctor sometimes gives sleeping peels as a remedy. But having sleeping peels is another dangerous thing that might lead to weaken the nervous system.

People have a bad idea that taking rest for ten to fifteen minutes can help if one does not sleep. After a long day work when one have taken rest for 10-15 minutes in an interval of 2 hours when he is unable to sleep at night he feels to be is it any wonder I cant sleep. However, the fact is the body of a human gets addicted to the habit he follows for a long time and that can't be change for a single night. Time management is the key to say no to I can't sleep but people now a days doesn't know how to do time management and hence face such a lot problem and that affects their personal as well as their family life.
So without complaining that I cant sleep at night one should know how to do time management. In different management courses there are sessions to how to manage the precious time that one has. Time management tells without wasting time one should try to complete the work in time with utilizing all the resources one have. So without running to the doctors saying help I cant sleep one should take initiative by their own by utilizing time effectively and not just wasting them by chatting with friends. Meditation and the breathing exercise is a good remedy over "I cant get to sleep".
Time management is the key for sleeping
Researchers have seen that time management is the key to no to say I cant sleep because several research has proved that the percentage of people saying that they can't sleep is low in case of the people who knows time management as compared to the people who are still illiterate about it.
One should always try to sleep about six hours per night and should never complain that I am so tired but I can't sleep because sleeping less may lead to psychosomatic illness and also can weaken the immune system. Sometimes sleep less may result in strokes and heart attacks and thus lead to destruct our physical and mental health.
So as to void from being affected to several diseases and also having a bad family and personal life one should have proper education about time management, if not from any management institutes than at least from the employer. Hence it proves that time management is the key to say no to I cant sleep and has made people to led a healthy and happy life.
