I guess we are critisized for our opinion!

We are so critisised about our opinion that it cost Miss California her title in becoming Miss America. What kind of nonsense is that? I thought the pageant was about beauy, and honesty. I thought we all lived in the great USA? Where was the freedom of speech!

I know same sex marriages are a huge issue in the USA, but to hold a person from giving their honest opinion, on a question that has to be answered no less, is simply ridiculous!

Mr. Perez Hilton was simply outraged by Miss Californias answer to the question. I think if he didn't want to hear the truth of certain beliefs, then he should not have asked the question. This contraversial question was just as bad as asking a person if they believed in legalising abortion, and that person answering, yes. This question will always have different opinions, as the question about same sex marriages. because everyone believes differently.

There are many different people in this world, with different opinions. That's what makes everyone unique. We all are different, and all of us were raised differently as well. If we had the same beliefs as the next person, we would be very plain, and boring. Everyone has their own uniqueness about them.

My intention is not to offend anyone, but I know I will by answering that question. But, it is what I believe in, and it is simply, my opinion.

I do not believe in same sex marriages. A marriage is to be between a man and woman. I was taught that. As I grew up to have my own mind, I still believe it. The bible says "Sex is between a man and a woman." Read the Bible. It is not to say, I do not befriend Gays/Lesbians, because I do. In my early years, I had some terrific friends who were gay. To tell you the truth, I don't care who anyone dates. It's their prerogative. I know I am straight, and I prefer men. Woman do nothing for me.
