If you are like me, I want to loose my stomach fat. Yes I've had a baby and the older I get, the worst it gets. I want to look good in my bathe suit this next summer. I want my husband to be proud to be seen with me. The first thing I've found out is you have got to throw out the Junk Food. That means sweets, chips, cookies and similar products. You have got to watch carbohydrates. There are good and bad carbs. The bad ones are bread, pasta, donuts, cakes and biscuits. Bread is my weakness. I love bread. These cause bloating, poor digestion and accumulation of fat. The good carbs is what we need to eat more of. Like fresh fruit, vegetables, oats, sweet potato, and brown rice. We have got to do away with having a late night snack. When you eat late at night it tuns into sugar. Sugar turns into fat. If you are like me you don't exercise after a late night snack. I go straight to bed.

Drinking alcohol will cause you to have belly fat. If you like to drink, limit yourself to a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. Try Lite beer.

And of course exercise. There are alot of videos and CDs that you can purchase. It depends on what part of the body you are wanted to exercise. There are books you can purchase on Diets and Exercising.

If you want to exercise at home. Here are some simple exercise you can do. Jump Rope, Push Ups, Leg Lifts, Walk Up and Down Stairs. If you can phone a friend and ask them to meet you somewhere, and go walk and talk. Its never fun to walk by yourself. I like to have someone to talk to.

Don't give up, Stay in shape, exercise and eat right. Get friends together and exercise together. Do what it takes to make it happen. When you exercise you have better health.  And your health is your living.
