I Met My Goal - 100 Hubs
68
Ten months ago, when I joined Hubpages, I thought there was no way I could write one hundred hubs. No way!
I have never been good at writing. I did a thesis for my Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and I struggled really had on getting the thesis written. My wife is good at grammar so that helped me a lot.

As I started writing on Hubpages, I was able to start seeing the common mistakes that I made while writing. The spell checker helped a lot. One of the main goal I had in writing Hubs was to improve my writing skills. I am still no Charles Dickens, but my writing has improved a lot. I no longer need my wife or my son to proof read my hubs anymore.
I have not lit Hubpages a fire with my writing skills. I have several hubs that are pretty much dead and need to be either rejuvenated or deleted. I have not deleted them yet because I want to make the one hundred hub milestone. Yeh! for me! (as London Tipton would say.)
I have met some great people on Hubpages and made friends. Some of my friends have moved on and left Hubpages, and are missed. It was fun at first to see GoldenToad, AEvans, Pest, and Chris Reilly going at it. Golden Toad made it real fun to be here. He was crazy. Sorry he had to go.
And now I have gotten into some of the political arena, since i have a very conservative attitude. I say conservative, because I believe conservatism includes the libertarian and constitution platform too. I consider myself republican, mostly to be able to ward of the liberals, which are mostly democrats in my feeble mind. I was upset when my friends voted for third party candidates, when they did not what Obama elected. I kept telling them they wasted their vote, because a vote not for McCain (which I did not like either) was a 1/2 vote for Obama, because it did not cancel other peoples vote for Obama. Many did not understand this until it was too late.
I have met up with several other
conservatives/libertarians/constitutionalists here on Hubpages and
enjoy their articles. I really enjoy them, and they are becoming my
great friends on Hubpages.
I also enjoyed doing religious hubs. I have great faith and a strong testimony born by doing hte work, and prayering to recieve the conformation by the Holy Spirit of our Heavenly FAther, that the believes were indeed correct. The he has restored the truth back here on the earth and has again called prophets and apostles to lead us into the last days and the second coming of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.
So Where Do I Go From Here
Good questions. I have been asking this of myself.
I am very busy with several things in my life and do not have the time to write a lot. I have been debating whether to move on and do other things. I have been writing a lot and linking to my website, WinterClothingStore.com site in order to develop natural search engine links, but I have not been able to establish much natural traffic, yet.
Also, I am not making a lot on Adsense and affiliates from Hubpages. I am earning a little, and with time I could probably start generating more income. I have several ideas on some hubs that could possible be written in the methods that Mark Knowles does, that has brought him good ranking and good revenues.
Also, I have several more religious hubs that I would like to write and help others understand my church's beliefs on several items of the gospel.
So where do I go from here?
