However, your income depends on the call volume you received though or the calls that being routed to you. During weekdays, the call volume is generally low and during weekends, it is high. Your income per hour or per minute depends on the calls that are routed to you , and it will also depend on your performance as a call center agent. Each call agent has different income per minute.
