For me this is such a good song. One of my absolute favourites. I cant think of how I could say it better....

life is long and hard, sad and lonely. Beautifull and magical, full of joy and opportunity. It hurts it heals, you bleed and live. Mistakes are made and lessons learned. Your never really alone. Whatever evil happens to you, someone else has lived it...and worse. Someone else has survived, or is still barely getting by. If you just take the time to look outside yourself, you can find beauty, peace, solace and comfort. Breathing in and out is sometimes THE hardest thing you'll ever do, but it is still a blessing. Its one more chance, one more gift, one more reason to keep trying. Dont waste time on usless regrets and guilt, be thankful for another chance to do right. Hang on, were going for a crazy ride. Someone once a said to me.."this life is what you make of it."

well.... It is. Things can get thrown at you hard and fast, sometimes it slows down and you get precious moments of joy. But it is ultimately up to you, what your going to do with it all. Circumstances are sometimes out of your hands, but what you do with them is still your choice. Sometimes you make the wrong choice, your filled with guilt and regret. This is pointless. You know when you've done wrong, move on, make your peace as best you can with those wronged, including yourself. Somtimes your done wrong. Forgive. It is the only way your ever going to be done with it. Easier said then done, I know. Grab the chances of happiness with both hands, it might be scary but you'll be glad you did.

Hold on to the good memories, learn from the bad ones, let go of everything else.

I love this song, because it reminds me....I AM alive. Every moment I have the choice to live to the fullest, or waste away in self appointed misery.

I choose to look at every single breath I take, wether it hurts or not, as a blessing.
