Gods natural medicines or chemical compounds?

In Gods plan the human body was designed to function with minimum wear and tear from birth until death without failing. God also created us to work in gentle but regular labor to produce our food – not in a factory, office or storefront, but on our own piece of land where with diligent endeavor (and our supportive family) we could produce all we needed to survive and stay healthy. We chose to reject that lifestyle and therefore we are using our bodies in a way that they were not created to be used – instant (or rather long term) problems.

These events date back to Genesis and although we have a way to restore our bodies most people are unaware of how to do this. We set out here to explain how we can return to our created state, if we really want to.

I don’t want to die of…Cancer.

If you have cancer or you know some one who does please read this. It's written by Jerry Golden, who was diagnosed with Cancer, and fought it, the full article is available from the URL at the end.

"This past February the doctor looked me straight in the eye and said if I didn’t allow him to remove my bladder I’d be dead before one year. He said I had a high-grade malignant cancer in a very advanced stage. That it was a time bomb and the only question was when it would go off spreading throughout my body."

To read the whole article go to:

http://www.thegoldenreport.com/asp/jerrysnewsmanager/anmviewer.asp?a=822&z=1

Another must read site is:

http://www.cancertutor.com/

This site has a massive amount of serious research in it's pages and is THE place to start for ANYONE diagnosed with cancer BEFORE they start treatment, if they do not have faith in God, and they should read this site from front to back.

A decision is ONLY as good as the information it is based upon.

I personally know one cancer specialist who has a 75% success rate with cancer patients who only come to him after conventional cut, burn and poison treatments have failed, and the white coat doctors have told them to go home and make their will. My son asked him "Why don't you advertise that fact" and he replied "Because I wish to continue curing patients, if I told the world, the medical establishment would shut me down in a second, and I would have to move to Mexico to practise"

There are stupendous sums of money involved in cancer research and cancer treatment drugs, yet the cancer specialists still count somebody as a 'cure' if the patient lives a further five years. Five years is an extension, not a cure, to be cured means that you have nil cancer cells showing in your body and continue to lead a normal life for a normal lifespan.

I know there are many people who will protest and support white coat treatments, being alive today due to them, however there are far more who cannot cast their vote on the efficacy of white coat medicine, because they did not survive.

Most deaths of cancer victims are recorded as the secondary sickness that actually caused the death, pneumonia, organ failure, etc. Modern treatment destroys the immune system, that is why so many die of secondary complaints.

With alternative treatments one either dies of the cancer, or walks away free from it. If treated early enough, there is a better chance of walking away free with alternative medicine, assuming God actually wants you to!

I don’t want to die of…a Heart Attack.

Our hearts are pumps and just like any pumps they can wear out or block up with misuse.

Until the late 1800’s heart attacks were mostly unheard of events and related to ‘genetic’ defects, but around that time we introduced ‘refined’ foods especially white sugar and flour. We went from using molasses and whole meal grains to using bleached sugarcane and grains stripped of all their natural fiber.

Diabetes and Coronary problems followed suite within 30 years, and have been increasing with each year and every generation until they have reached the endemic health problem they inflict on our society today.

OK so you cannot sell up and buy a farm, how can you protect yourself?

Fortunately God also provided all you need to keep that pump functioning right here in natural form. Whatever you’re conditions you can start today overhauling your whole body system in order for maximum active life to be gained. You may have already inflicted many years of neglected self-preservation on your body, but the human body can restore itself in two years IF you provide the correct conditions. Damage already caused may take longer to remedy, but substantial improvement and quality of life can be achieved.

Here’s how!

You already know that you should be taking more exercise, like walking for twenty minutes per day at a fast pace, and you probably are not doing that and why assume you will start now, except that the Doctor hands you a death sentence unless you do start, even then most people will choose to die rather than decide to change their life’s.

So what can you do?

Your heart needs lubrication just like any other pump and surprisingly enough that points to oil, not the type you stick in your car, the type you would get from that wholegrain bread and nuts that you just don’t eat.

Vitamin E.

What is it?

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that exists in eight different forms. Each form has its own biological activity, which is the measure of potency or functional use in the body. Alpha-tocopherol (Éø-tocopherol) is the name of the most active form of vitamin E in humans. It is also a powerful biological antioxidant. Vitamin E in supplements is usually sold as alpha-tocopheryl acetate, a form that protects its ability to function as an antioxidant. The synthetic form is labeled "D, L" while the natural form is labeled "D". The synthetic form is only half as active as the natural form.

Antioxidants such as vitamin E act to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals, which are potentially damaging by-products of energy metabolism. Free radicals can damage cells and may contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Studies are underway to determine whether vitamin E, through its ability to limit production of free radicals, might help prevent or delay the development of those chronic diseases. Vitamin E has also been shown to play a role in immune function, in DNA repair, and other metabolic processes.

What foods provide vitamin E?

Vegetable oils, nuts, green leafy vegetables, and fortified cereals are common food sources of vitamin E in the United States (U.S.). Table 1, Selected Food Sources of Vitamin E, suggests many food sources of vitamin E. Food values are listed in alpha-tocopherol equivalents (ATE) to account for the variation in biological activity of the different forms of vitamin E.

(Taken from: http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamine.asp)

Vitamin E is not a ‘magic bullet’ but it will form part of your armory of supplements that will reduce your health problems.

Magnesium.

Magnesium: What is it?

Magnesium is a mineral needed by every cell of your body. About half of your body's magnesium stores are found inside cells of body tissues and organs, and half are combined with calcium and phosphorus in bone. Only 1 percent of the magnesium in your body is found in blood. Your body works very hard to keep blood levels of magnesium constant.

Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, and bones strong. It is also involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.

Fish, oily fish also gives you omega 3 oils as well, but MOST freshwater fish is polluted by industry, be careful!

What foods provide magnesium?

Green vegetables such as spinach provide magnesium because the center of the chlorophyll molecule contains magnesium. Nuts, seeds, and some whole grains are also good sources of magnesium.

Although magnesium is present in many foods, it usually occurs in small amounts. As with most nutrients, daily needs for magnesium cannot be met from a single food. Eating a wide variety of foods, including five servings of fruits and vegetables daily and plenty of whole grains, helps to ensure an adequate intake of magnesium.

The magnesium content of refined foods is usually low . Whole-wheat bread, for example, has twice as much magnesium as white bread because the magnesium-rich germ and bran are removed when white flour is processed. The table of food sources of magnesium suggests many dietary sources of magnesium.

Water can provide magnesium, but the amount varies according to the water supply. "Hard" water contains more magnesium than "soft" water. Dietary surveys do not estimate magnesium intake from water, which may lead to underestimating total magnesium intake and its variability.*

Magnesium is essential and with the state of our soil today it’s highly unlikely that you will get enough of it. Magnesium functions best when taken with Calcium, they encourage each other to assimilate into your body easier. Magnesium will ‘leech’ Calcium out of your body tissue and put it back in your bones where it should be. It’s cheap to buy and a side effect is that you will get better nights sleep by taking it, as well as reducing considerably the chance of heart/circulation problems. If you do have a coronary attack, magnesium will make the effects less severe because it will have encouraged the blood vessels to relax rather than go into shock.

Pycnogenols.

What are Pycnogenols?

Pycnogenols are natural plant products - the newest more active Pycnogenols come from grape seed. They have, beyond question, been shown to have powerful free radical scavenging activity, and can counteract the effects of aging. Pycnogenols are a concentrate of a special class of water-soluble bioflavonoid that almost instantly bioavailability in man.

What are bioflavonoids?

Bioflavonoids are a group of low molecular weight plant substances with recognized antioxidant (free radical scavenging) properties and with the ability to inhibit the activity of certain enzyme which inflammation in the body.

Are all bioflavonoids the same?

There are 20,000 bioflavnoids. Some are more active than others; some are more valuable than others. In 1986 after 20 years of intense additional study, Prof. Jacques Masquelier (the original patent holder) states " OPC from grape seed has an advantage over OPC from Pine bark."

What makes Pycnogenols different?

Bioavailability. Numerous human and animal studies have proved the rapid uptake and distribution of Pycnogenols through the body. Being water soluble, they are absorbed almost instantly. Pycnogenols are powerful. The bioflavonoids that make up Pycnogenols are special. They are called proanthocyanidins. Certain Pycnogenols are 85% - 95 % proanthocyanidins. The proanthocyanidins from grape seed make pycnogenols the most powerful natural free radical scavenger and antioxidant yet discovered. (Proanthocyanidins from pine bark 82-85% and from grape seed 92-95%)

Are Pycnogenols at all toxic?

Not at all. Pycnogenols from grape seed have gone through extensive testing at prestigious centers such as the Pasteur Institute, Huntington Institute, and others over many years to confirm its purity and safety. It is non-toxic, non-mutagenic, and non-carcinogenic.

How quickly do Pycnogenols act in man?

Within 20 minutes, much is absorbed and on it’s way to the tissues. Within one hour of ingestion, Pycnogenols can be detected in the saliva.

How long do Pycnogenols remain in the body?

Three days. What comes in circulates in bodily fluids and is held in the collagen for 72 hrs, it is then gradually eliminated through the urine (primarily) and perspiration (secondarily).

How much should I take?

The amount varies from person to person. Larger people can use more. Therapeutic doses range from 1.5 to 3.0 mg per kilo (2.2 lb.) of body weight. This means a 150 lb. man or woman would take between 100 mg to 200 mg. at first to reach tissue saturation. Saturation is reached in 7 to 10 days. Then the dosage can be cut back to one-half or less - about 50 to 60 mg per day - to simply replace what is eliminated each day.

So what happens if I don't get enough of what's in Pycnogenols?

Free radicals may begin to hurt your tissue. Damage caused by free radicals is what we recognize as aging. Without adequate protection from free radicals, you could very likely age faster, develop stiff joints and wrinkled skin sooner.

Free radicals damage also plays a part in the degenerative disease we associated such as arthritis, circulatory disorders, diabetes, and liver cirrhosis; hear disease, atherosclerosis, and others.

Vitamin C

Cardiovascular diseases (heart disease and stroke)

Until recently, the results of most prospective studies indicated that low or deficient intakes of vitamin C were associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases and that modest dietary intakes of about 100 mg/day were sufficient for maximum reduction of cardiovascular disease risk among nonsmoking men and women. In addition, several studies had failed to find significant reductions in the risk of coronary heart disease among vitamin C supplement users in well-nourished populations. One notable exception was the First National Health and Nutrition Examination Study (NHANES I) Epidemiologic Follow-up Study. This study found that the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases was 42% lower in men and 25% lower in women who consumed more than 50 mg/day of dietary vitamin C and who regularly took vitamin C supplements, corresponding to a total vitamin C intake of about 300 mg/day. Recent results from the Nurses’ Health Study, based on the follow-up of more than 85,000 women over 16 years, also suggest that higher vitamin C intakes may be cardio protective. In this study, vitamin C intakes of more than 359 mg/day from diet plus supplements or supplement use itself were associated with a 27-28% reduction in CHD risk. However, in those women who did not take vitamin C supplements, dietary vitamin C intake was not significantly associated with CHD risk. This finding is inconsistent with data from numerous other prospective cohort studies that found inverse associations between dietary vitamin C intake or vitamin C plasma levels and CHD risk. Data from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) indicated that plasma and circulating cells in healthy, young subjects became fully saturated with vitamin C at a dose of 400 mg/day. The results of the NHANES I Epidemiologic Follow-up Study and the Nurses’ Health Study suggest that maximum reduction of cardiovascular disease risk may require vitamin C intakes high enough to saturate plasma and circulating cells, and thus the vitamin C body pool.

With respect to vitamin C and cerebrovascular disease, a prospective study that followed more than 2,000 residents of a rural Japanese community for 20 years found that the risk of stroke in those with the highest serum levels of vitamin C was 29% lower than in those with the lowest serum levels of vitamin C. Additionally, the risk of stroke in those who consumed vegetables 6-7 days of the week was 54% lower than in those who consumed vegetables 0-2 days of the week. In this population, serum levels of vitamin C were highly correlated with fruit and vegetable intakes. Therefore, as in many studies of vitamin C intake and cardiovascular disease risk, it is difficult to separate the effects of vitamin C on stroke risk from the effects of other components of fruits and vegetables, emphasizing the benefits of a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

(Taken from: http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/vitamins/vitaminC/)

Vitamin C also has a high level of ‘feel good’ factor; you just feel much better when you take it. As any excess is expelled in your urine, you have no problems of taking too much. You know if you’ve taken too much, because you will develop mild diarrhea, so If you do that, cut back a bit. Most C users take between 1000 – 3000 mg per day! So much for RDAs.

OK, now we need to put the 'Health Warning' on the page!

Why....well simply put.....

Doctors are necessary in this society. Most are honest, dedicated, hard working people. Maybe modern medicine has not moved in the direction of natural cures because that's not what the patient wants.

If we are stricken by the most common of the killers of Americans, the heart attack, we want drugs. We want a shot, or a pill that will make the problem, or at least the pain, go away, and go away without sacrifice or effort on our part.

Doctors are not required to take nutrition courses. They are not required to know a thing about natural remedies. They may or may not know about natural remedies, and the answer is more likely "they don't know". Why then do all of the natural healing oriented promoters always tell you to check with your doctor before you use natural remedies?

FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON I WILL TELL YOU TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOUR USE NATURAL REMEDIES!

Because if something bad happens to you when you use natural remedies, you cannot say I didn't tell you to check with your doctor.

It's a precaution that does have its merits. Unsupervised use of natural remedies can be dangerous. Modern medicine can be more dangerous. Just as natural medicine experts tell you to consult your doctor to determine risks, ask your doctor to let you see the "contraindications" on the medicines they give you.

The contraindications are a VERY LONG list of things that can go wrong when you take a medicine. Every medicine that a doctor will give you has them. The contraindicators can be anything from a rash or headache, to death.

The list is usually quite long with all medicines. We call contraindications simply "SIDE EFFECTS." This is the stuff that can happen that we do not want to happen. The list of side effects are "POSSIBLE" side effects. Some side effects are rare, some are common. Some are very mild and just a mere nuisance, some can put you in the ground. Medicines can be VERY dangerous. There is risk in all cures. Especially the farther one moves away from what is naturally in the earth.

10 most prescribed drugs in America.

To illustrate what I mean, drugs and their side effects are listed below from THE PILL BOOK and The U.S. Pharmacopoeia. According to surveys of chain drug stores, mail order, and drug wholesalers, these are the 10 most prescribed drugs in America.

Each of the medicines are listed with their most common classification or use followed by the side effects. This does not include the other warnings that describe under which conditions not to take the medicine and what other drugs not to mix them with.

Remember these are the top selling drugs at the moment, this means these are most likely among the SAFEST of the drugs.

Along with its needed effects, a medicine may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if any do occur you may need medical attention.

Remember, these are the side effects that the drug companies tell you about!

  1. Amoxil (penicillin-type drug) - stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, hairy tongue, itching or irritation around the anus and/or vagina.

  2. Lanoxin (for heart disease) - loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, blurred or disturbed vision, and enlargement of the breasts.

  3. Xanax (tranquilizer) - aggravates narrow angle glaucoma, mild drowsiness, confusion, depression, lethargy, disorientation, headache, inactivity, slurred speech, stupor, dizziness, tremor, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, inability to control urination, sexual difficulties, irregular menstrual cycle, changes in heart rhythm, lowered blood pressure, fluid retention, blurred or double vision, itching, rash, hiccups, nervousness, inability to fall asleep, and liver dysfunction.

  4. Zantac (anti-ulcer drug) - headache, dizziness, constipation, abdominal discomfort, rash, feeling of ill health, reduction in white blood cells or blood platelets, and could cause hepatitis.

  5. Premarin (estrogen) - increased risk of certain types of cancer, may increase tendency for blood clots, liver cancer and other liver tumors, high blood pressure, glucose intolerance or development of a symptom similar to diabetes, or the aggravation of diabetes. Breakthrough bleeding, spotting, changes in menstrual flow, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual-type syndrome, amenorrhea, swelling of the ankles and legs, vaginal infection with candida, cystitis-like syndrome, enlargement or tenderness of the breasts, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, feeling of bloatedness, jaundice or yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, rash, loss of scalp hair, development of new hairy areas, lesions of the eye, intolerance to contact lenses, headache (possibly migraine), dizziness, depression, weight changes, retention of water, changes in sex drive, stroke, blood clot formation, dribbling or sudden passage of urine, loss of coordination, chest pains, leg pains, difficulty breathing, slurred speech, vision changes, skin rash, skin irritation and redness.

  6. Dyazide (diuretic-prescribed for high blood pressure or any condition where it is desirable to eliminate water from the body) - Loss of appetite, drowsiness, lethargy, headache, gastrointestinal upset, cramping and diarrhea, rash, mental confusion, fever, feeling of ill health, inability to achieve or maintain erection in males, bright red tongue, burning inflamed feeling in the tongue, headache, tingling in the toes and fingers, restlessness, anemias or other effects on components of the blood, unusual sensitivity to sunlight, dizziness when rising quickly from a sitting position, muscle spasms, gout, weakness, and blurred vision.

  7. Tagamet (anti-ulcer) - mild diarrhea, muscle pains and cramps, dizziness, skin rash, nausea and vomiting, headache, confusion and drowsiness, impotence (men), and painful swollen breasts. Effects of white blood cells or blood platelets include unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual tiredness or weakness.

  8. Tenormin (high blood pressure and angina) - dizziness, tingling of the scalp, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, taste distortion, fatigue, sweating, male impotence, urinary difficulty, bronchial spasms, muscle weakness, cramps, dry eyes, blurred vision, skin rash, hair loss, facial swelling, mental depression, disorientation, short-term memory loss, emotional instability, aggravation of lupus erythematosus, stuffy nose, chest pains, colitis, drug allergy, (fever, sore throat), and unusual bleeding or bruising.

  9. Naprosyn (relief of pain and inflammation) - stomach upset, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, ringing in the ears, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, bloating, gas in the stomach, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, dark stool, nervousness, insomnia, depression, confusion, tremor, loss of appetite, fatigue, itching, rash, double vision, abnormal heart rhythm, anemia or other changes in the composition of the blood, changes in liver function, loss of hair, tingling in the hands and feet, fever, breast enlargement, lowered blood sugar, and effects on the kidneys.

  10. Cardizem (angina, high blood pressure, prevention of reoccurrence of some kinds of heart attack) - abnormal heart rhythms, fluid accumulation in the hands, legs, or feet, headache, fatigue, nausea, rash, low blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, changes in heart rate, heart failure, light-headedness, nervousness, tingling in the hands or feet, hallucinations, temporary memory loss, difficulty sleeping, weakness, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, upset stomach, itching, unusual sensitivity to sunlight, painful or stiff joints, liver inflammation, and increased urination.

These are the top 10 prescription drugs from THE PILL BOOK.(drug names are trademarks of their respective manufacturers)

Anyone that takes prescription medication should have a copy of this book. It gives detail descriptions of the 1,600 most commonly prescribed drugs in the United States. If you are going to take these drugs, you should know the possible side effects.

All of these top 10 warn "do not take this drug if you have had an allergic reaction to it." Of course, the only way to know if you are allergic to the drug is if you have already had a bad reaction to it or something similar to it. Too often, that one bad reaction is enough and too much. That one bad allergic reaction can KILL you. There is another warning on the top 10 that's also scary.

ALL OF THE TOP TEN DRUGS PASS THROUGH IN BREAST MILK!

Many of them pass through in the blood stream but ALL of them pass through in breast milk. The same reactions that an adult can have, so can an infant if the mother breast fed the child or was pregnant with the child while taking the prescription.

I have listed these top 10 to show you that even though natural remedies can have side effects…

SO CAN ANYTHING YOU GET FROM A DOCTOR?

There is still no true count of the deaths caused by prescription drug reactions. Considering the alternatives, if done in time, natural remedies are a safer method of cleansing the body and getting on the road to being disease free than any medicine from a prescription pad.

Go see a doctor, but ask your doctor at least two questions.

  1. Have you ever studied natural remedies?

  2. Do you really know anything about natural remedies?

If they answer no to both questions then go see another doctor. You will probably have to visit a doctor that specializes in natural medicine and natural healing methods. Look in the yellow pages, but find a specialist that knows what they are doing concerning natural remedies.

I honestly would recommend that anyone, (especially with a very toxic body), see a doctor (a doctor that really KNOWS about natural medicine and natural healing methods, not just ANY doctor) before beginning natural medicine and natural healing methods.

It's amazing that of the many destructive things that we do to our bodies, we never consulted a doctor before starting them.

Did you ask a doctor before you . . .

  • had unprotected sex with someone you weren't absolutely sure didn't have a disease?

  • ate that greasy heart clogging digestive system cluttering meal?

  • drove that car with no seat belt?

  • had those six-packs and got drunk?

  • let that potbelly budge out in front?

No, you didn't, did you?

If I had to have side effects, I would rather get them from something God provided for me than from the needle or pill of man's medicine. Natural medicine and natural healing methods side effects are the results of purification.

The side effects of drugs are the result of increasing the toxicity already in the body.

Read the list (the list the doctors are given by the drug companies) of the side effects of the top drugs again. The list may change every decade, but the side effects remain essentially the same. That same list of side effects will be just as accurate 100 years from now, only the top ten drugs will change.

Ask a doctor, but ask a doctor that knows about natural medicine and natural healing methods, better still, ask a doctor that has personal experience with natural medicine and natural healing methods.

For even though I had read much about natural medicine and natural healing methods, I did not believe much of what I read until I experienced it.

You will find that the greatest doctor of all has already been given to you.
