I have had a really bad past and i would like to know how to let go of my past so i can concentrate on the future?

PART TWO (2)

following on from my first hub on this request id like to offer a part two or second stage not that they are really separate because there not they are inter-twined.

In the first response i gave i talked about in short and simple terms getting a positive attitude or grip on the situation you find yourself in. Tat may be conceptually (the state of mind/emotional) that in or reality(adverse physical/financial) or a combination of the two. Either way it for me is somewhat therapeutic to note that in term of context and the population of the world you are more likely to be in a better position that more than half the world. If you get my drift. As well what does it reality matter if you for instance don't possess this or that at this point in time. Life and nature is in a constant state of change and that does not preclude yourself. Sometimes parts of us need to die in order to grow stronger and better.

Going on from that its important as far as possible to take care of certain things. Often when we and including myself when ive been in a state of turmoil basis health giving things get neglected. for instance check your diet. Delete things which are deleterious to your health. Smoking,alcohol, drugs, drink more water eat more fruit. Check your getting essential nutrients.

Think about relaxation taking up walking or better still Yoga such as Hatha or Iyengar Yoga. It will be dificult at first but well worth the effort which will be rewarded seven fold if you stick at it...

Another thing that popped into my head was just like most outcome the more you can reduce the possible variables the more probable the result. In other words just as in mathematics the result of the equation is more likely if things that might interfere with the result or goal are not allowed to get in the way: for the greater good..
