IHOP Restaurant is truly a wonderful company to work for.  For starters, they always strive to provide exceptional service to their customers.  Also, the management staff at IHOP is always very respectful of their employees.  One way that they show this respect is that they genuinely value the input that their employees give them on a wide variety of matters.

If you're interested in applying to work for IHOP, I'll be more than happy to assist you with this.  First, you will need to go to search engine and search for IHOP and find the main company website.  Next, scroll down to the bottom of the screen on their home page and click on the link that says Jobs@IHOP.  This will bring you to a page that gives you lots of information about IHOP's values as well as what they consider to be the factors that make their restaurant successful.  Next, move your mouse over the Jobs@IHOP link at the top of this page.  You will then want to click on the search current openings link.  Once you have clicked on that link, near the top of the next page it will say quick job search in large, bold letters.  You can then type in various keywords to help you find what you're looking for.  In this case, just as an example, let's type in hostess in the field that says with all of the following. 

Next, click on the location of where you'd like to submit your IHOP online job application.  Just for this particular example, let's click on US, Ohio, Cincinnati.  Next, in the job category box, scroll down and click on where it says restaurant and food service.  You will then need to click on the search jobs button.  In this case, it says no jobs found matching your request.  However, it tells us that should a match come up in the future, there is an option to have them send an email letting me know that.  So, if something similar happens to you during your search, I would definitely recommend that you take advantage of that option. 

In order to receive your job match alerts, you'll need to click on the save as agent button.  On the next page, click on the link that says create your resume profile.  If you already have a resume, then all you need to do is click the upload your resume button.  If you don't have a resume yet, then you'll need to fill out their website's your resume profile.  Once this has all been completed, someone from IHOP will be in touch with you if and when a position comes up that meets both your job interests and qualifications.
