LEGACY OF DEATH

PARTING GIFTS FROM THE SPITEFUL EMPEROR

Not content with being the most despised would-be despot Since Hitler, George W. Bush is doing everything in his power to make sure that the destruction of the United States is completed on his watch. It seems he will not be satisfied until he is certain the damage he has done is beyond repair and the U.S. will never recover.

It becomes increasingly clear why this despicable excuse for a human being has purchased nearly one hundred thousand acres of land in Chaco, Paraguay. If it was good enough for nazi war criminals, it’s good enough for dubya. I doubt he will be welcome here, even in Texas.

In the final days of his hateful administration Bush has decided to make sure we will never forget just how vile he is. He is feverishly working to eliminate or cripple, as many as he possibly can, the regulations protecting our life support system. He is moving with all possible haste to make sure his new rules are actually in place before he takes his leave. He wants to make it as difficult as possible for the new administration to reverse them and begin to undo the immeasurable damage he has done.

One rule going into effect, three days before Obama takes office, will hand over two million acres of land in the Rocky Mountain states to energy corporations and allow them to pursue the development of oil shale. This process of extracting kerogen from sedimentary rock uses so much energy that the return is almost negligible. Furthermore it wastes massive amounts of water and is totally destructive of the environment.

Another plan is to auction off around fifty thousand acres of oil and gas parcels in Utah, land right on top of the Arches National Park.

A determined effort was initiated in May to make sure that, as existing rules limiting pollution are negated, new rules, which actually encourage its increase, are put in place.

From the beginning of September to the end of October eighty three rules have been reviewed by the Office of Budget and Management. That’s double the workload for the previous three years.

Virtually all the rules being pushed through, in these last days of the most destructive presidency in history, are a continuation of the insanely harmful deregulation that has brought the country to the verge of total collapse.

Evidently it is the greatest desire of George W. Bush to be remembered as the man who completed the demolition of America. It seems he would also love to go down in history as the man responsible for the deaths of more people than Adolf Hitler and Pol Pot combined.

Peak oil has been reached and passed. Climate change has passed the tipping point into the sixth global extinction event. The world economy is in an unstoppable downward spiral that will render all representative currency worthless.

If there is any recorded history of this time that survives into the future, dubya may well get his wishes.

These are just a few of the parting gifts that George wants to leave us to remember him by.

  • Industrial-size pig, cow and chicken farms can disregard the Clean Water Act and air pollution controls.
  • The interior department can approve development such as mining or logging without consulting wildlife managers about their impact.
  • Restrictions will be eased so power plants can operate near national parks and wilderness areas.
  • Pollution controls on new power plants will be downgraded.
  • Mountain-top mine operators could dump waste into rivers and streams.
  • 2m acres of land in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado opened to development of oil shales, the dirtiest fuel on Earth.

Thank you George. We’ll miss you.

He still has 59 days to complete the destruction. I think he wants to make sure nothing is left to work with when Obama is finally inaugurated. Give the Obamas a tour of the White House, then destroy what's left of the U.S. before he gets in. So thoughtful, huh? I'm with you CWB--I can't wait until this guy leaves.

Thanks Pam. I'm still hoping he'll get busted before he can run away to Paraquay.

2m acres of land in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado opened to development of oil shales, the dirtiest fuel on Earth.

A little while back my husband was going to take a job with an oil company in Colorado. I felt uneasy about it but it was finally an opportunity to live a decent life and not worry so much over money matters. I told him, ok, take the job.

Then I dreamt that my car had been stolen and stripped. I was crying because it was all I had. I sought council with God and He showed me this.

There were three doors. One was just under my feet, and one was up in the heavens. I looked up at the door in heaven, and cried, "No God, I am not ready to go." Immediately I looked down, my eyes full of tears, and there was a door under my feet. I cried, "No God, that's not fair." Then I saw a third door in the middle, and it opened up. All I could see was fire burning.

Suddenly I was driving in a car with a little boy in the back seat. We were coming around a burn in the mountains. I reached back, buckled up my little boy, and turned back around ready. In front of me a pile of oil tankers collided into each other and I drove into the back of them. Then off in the distance I watched and realized that oil was my enemy.

I woke to tell my husband, do not take that job. I knew what we were giving up. I was sad, to tell you the truth, but I couldn't let it happen. Now today, the vision makes sense. Take down the oil hags!

from the hub I published a while back  http://hubpages.com/hub/The-little-guy-takes-down-  you remember that one.

This hub struck a nerve, my car was repoed last month, then this...you sure you are not an ....???

An angel sandra?

Are not angels creatures of the light? I seem to be a person who can not look away from the darkness. I see it spreading everywhere and I am compelled to make people look upon it. Those living in denial, those who refuse to confront the darkness will be consumed by it.

I only try to bring dark monsters into the light where I know they can not survive. I don't do it because I enjoy it. I do it because I must.

To me Angels are people who really care, you qualify as an Angel to me. I looked to the darkness to find the light and realized that in what seems so dark and dreary is a light that is much more beautiful and has much better purpose then a light that only shines in the light.

You said "if I am an angel than I lost my wings a long time ago", I say it is more like you finally earned them. I am still young, I know but not so young to not understand the difference between a message that sounds sour but will with good hope, love and bravery, likewise I know the difference between a message that sounds beatiful but is filled with, hate, greed, and terrible terrible things.

No one enjoys telling people, hey look you're gonna have to suffer the consequences for your actions if you don't stop and listen. No one wants to be that guy but you do it because you love your family, your grandson, and the future of life.

Your not afraid of the darkness and neither am I. People afraid to look at what is bad stay blind. I know how unfortunate the circumstances are but I believe that you would never hurt a soul, you do it for the whole, and you do it because you care.

To me you are an Angel and your family must be so proud, your wife and grandson for putting up with this for so long and for never letting down and for serving life with a pupose. If you aren't special, I don't know what special is.

:)

I don't know what to say besides thank you sandra. After reading your words there is a tear sliding down my cheek. Do angels cry?

I know you are a loving person. You should know that you are also loved.

:) If an Angel didn't cry I would be worried. And thank you CWB, thank you. :)
