1. EATING
Your health is very important. Especially if you are a woman, you should, always put yourself in a position at which you are most productive. Go for regular checkups at the doctor if you can’t afford it pay attention to your body and the changes.
As I always say eat right to be healthy and boost your immune system. Watch what foods you eat e.g. ice creams, chocolate, biscuits, sweets and other junk foods like them are not the right foods for you. Overeating leads to complications.
Do not under eat because this leads to complications due to lack of proper nutrition or vitamins needed to boost immune system to fight disease and calories or energy for your body to function at 100 percent.

You want to be fit then exercise is very important for you. It will help boost your immune system and help you keep in shape; looking good and feeling good.
Reasons for you to exercise;
- To control your weight
- To help you gain appetite
- To help your cardiovascular system function more efficiently
- To increase strength and endurance of your body.
3. REST, RELAXATION AND REVITALISATION ARE NEEDED FOR YOUR MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT TO BE FINE.
As the saying goes “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.
We all know that there is a time for everything.
Rest and relaxation are important for every human being. Get as much rest as you can, spend time with your friends and family and try to have fun when you can but when it’s right.
Try the following;
- Take part in healthy forms of recreation such as picnics and golf. This will help you physically and mentally.
- Try to exercise a bit before going to sleep
- If you are hungry only eat a light snack or meal before you sleep. Avoid stimulating beverages and heavy meals.
- Keep your room as dark as possible
- Do not take your worries to bed with you. Think of other things that are more calm and restful
4. DATING AND LOVE
Dating the wrong guy/guy, dating when you are not ready or dating for the wrong reasons are all very destructive to your life. It wears you out and down physically, mentally and emotionally.
Being in a relationship for material gain is one of the biggest risks in terms of health. The highest transmission of STDs is from older men to younger women who then pass it on to their fellow young men.
Get out of that relationship before it takes away all the value from your life.

- If seeing that person makes you feel sad instead of happy then that person is not right for you.

- GOSSIP AND SELF ESTEEM
Too much gossip will cause you not to progress or even think about your own life. Gossiping or judging others shows your own insecurity.
Learn to like yourself, believe in yourself and your abilities. We have low self esteem because what others say or think of us.
Here are a few tips to help you like yourself;
- Respect yourself. Get rid of fear and stop doubting yourself. Learn something new and set goals that you can achieve.
- Help other people by doing good things for them
- Choose your friends carefully. Do not hang out with people who bring you down. Ignore criticism unless it is constructive.

Learn to spend your money in the right way. The most important thing is to have a budget and stick to it or learn how to budget. You should know how much you want to spend daily, weekly and monthly and how much you are going to save.
Do not overspend otherwise you will run out of money to use when you are really in need of something important. Learn to save. Try investing your money.

- Beauty and Appearance
Appearance is usually an issue with most people. Beauty is really and truly who you are inside not outside. Anyway you should give yourself a treat once in a while to go to the salon or barber shop, to go for a manicure, pedicure, massage and shopping for new clothes etc.
Remember to like and love yourself just the way you are. God created you to be that way and you should accept that. Don’t make yourself sad and depressed because you want to look like the other person. Just be you because you are special.
- Spiritual
Do not forget to spend time with God. Pray and read the word of God daily. This will help you grow spiritually.
- Believing everything you read and hear
Read with intelligence and read widely. Research or ask others about what you read so that you are sure if it’s true or false.
- Know yourself
This will help make decision making easier.
- Be assertive not aggressive
Assertive is defined as speaking or acting in a forceful way so that people take notice of you. By being assertive you can express your needs or views without stepping on others and without being angry or attacking.
Aggressive is defined as having a quality of anger and determination that makes you ready to attack other people. Being aggressive is bad and it does not help to solve anything. It actually causes others to run away from you and it is very humiliating.
So you should learn to assertive and not aggressive. When there is a conflict listen to what the others are saying, explain yourself clearly to them and ask others to help you come up with a solution.
