IRS Auctions

Get cheap homes, property, cars, electronics's and more from IRS Auctions. There is a little know secret I came across one day when I was looking for property to buy.

I was speaking to an IRS employee who would get fired if I mentioned there name. He told me that all the property they seize from unpaid tax liens goes up for auction and that they will practically give it away. They do not want it.

He told me they will take what ever they can get for it just to unload it. The person who they seized it from still has to pay the difference so what do they care what it sells for! I was told to bid low, so low that you think they are going to laugh at your bid. You can get some great deals this way. Sometimes no one bids on your item and you will win! It is a numbers game.

This is how I bought my dream home for less than half of what I could sell it for. I also picked up a 2000 Corvette for very cheap.

Here is how I came across IRS auctions..

A few months ago I was in the market for a cheap condo in SW Florida. Property values have shot through the roof and there was no way I had any chance of getting into my own home. I looked for months. Everything was out of my price range. I looked into moving to another state.

One night we were at a local restaurant and I overheard some people talking about IRS seized property.

I asked them about it and they gave me an address to a website. I checked it out the next day and decided to join. I figured if I could save even a little money it would be worth it.

I joined IRS Auctions and we found a home that was going up for auction. I put in a bid just for fun not really expecting to win the bid, I was notified and They accepted my bid and the house was mine!!

The house is valued at over $450,000 We got it for $255,000 the price I was going to pay for a 2 bedroom condo! Unbelievable......

I could sell it tomorrow if I wanted to and make a good return. We decided to keep it and we moved in. Take a look at the photos.

2001 Corvette I Bought From IRS Auctions

I put in a bid on the 2001 Corvette. I really didn't expect to get it for what I bid on it. I was notified that my bid was accepted and I was the new owner of my dream car! A Z06 Black Loaded Corvette.

Hi Magoo.

I've been thinking about this for some time now. I'd love to try it but it seems all the info and help you have to pay for - and I'm a skeptic and don't believe I won't be wasting my money by spending money to find out more. Apart from hering someone from the IRS tell you about this, how did you go about finding the property and negotiating your way through everything? Did you spend money joining a site? Or buying a book? Or did you figure it out on your own?

For financing you do it like any thing else, you will need to get a loan from your bank or other finance company.
