In my view Thunderball was the best
When I was eight years old back in 1965...I went on holidays with my grandparents in England. During that time me and my late grandad went to see 'Thunderball.'
Sean Connery and the original Aston Martin 1965 version had me captivated. The car had knifes that came out of the wheels an ejector seat and a bulletproof screen that shot up at the back. Later I went and bought with my pocket money a Corgi toy replica model with working parts I think it was 1/32 or 1/64 scale from memory..
I have seen pretty much all the others. i liked the one back in 1970 Goldfinger where Shirley Bassey sang "Goldfinger"..I actually liked the recent one Casino Royale following my recent hobby of pub Texas Holden Poker.
However being a kid of eight Thundeball was the best !

those were the days.....lol...
You guys have me curious about the 1967 Casino Royale now! The cast is incredible! I am a die-hard fan of Sean Connery, and Thunderball is hard to eclipse. The 2006 Casino Royale was rich, I thought, it was very understated, the visuals were dreamy, and Daniel Craig did a superb job.
In thought every thing was great especially the opening stunts . The card trick for a well known Texas-hold-Em player was a bit far fectched but otherwise i enjoyed the whole movie..

I saw the move, too, and I liked it. I was in fourth year high school back then.
