If you can't avoid living with them (allergens), how do you manage allergies on a daily basis?
57Eliminate your allergies with acupressure
I know it sounds too good to be true, but you can actually eliminate your allergies permanently with acupressure! I read about it a couple years ago in a women's magazine. I had lots of allergies that caused me all sorts of health problems, so I was very interested. I started with Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET). They have more than 4,000 licensed practitioners worldwide, so you can probably find one near you. You'll treat one allergy with each visit, and the results are permanent. The technique also works with sensitivities and intolerances.
I was fortunate that I had good insurance through Blue Cross that paid for my treatments, but the co-pays were expensive and I was limited to 15 treatments a year. My husband, mother and children also had allergies, and I couldn't afford to pay for everyone's treatments, so I learned about acupressure and discovered a way to eliminate my own allergies with a simple tapping technique that takes about 60 seconds for each allergy! I taught my husband, mom and kids, and any of my friends who would listen. The results, even after all this time, still seem slightly miraculous to me! :)
I was so excited by what I learned, and by how well it works, that I decided to write a book about my experience and outline the do-it-yourself procedure so others can benefit from my knowledge. You can read more about allergy elimination, or order a copy of my book, at http://www.allergyzapper.com. Also, I've created a free report that will show you how to easily identify your allergies with muscle response testing. This is useful for anyone who is allergy-prone, since you could have hidden allergies you don't know about (I certainly did).
Good luck and good health to you!
