If only there is a place on earth where there is no pollution, no crime, no diseases and the weather is always perfect, it would definitely be the number one place I would want to live in.
Having said that, we all know there is no such place. Every country has its own set of problems from the more serious ones of wars and famine to dirty politics, lousy governments, diseases and pollution.
Since wherever we go, there is pain and suffering caused by diseases and crimes, there is really not much choices out there.
My choice would be to stay at a numerous places until I find the one place I feel most comfortable and happy in. I have always loved travelling and if I have the resources, I would definitely choose to live in one country at a time until I discover a place I really love.
The ultimate place need not be perfect with perfect weather. As long as I am happy there, am able to fit in with the community and is accepted, there I will stay till I get tired of it and decide to move to another place.
You see, home is never about the house or the location. It is a state of mind and how we feel about the place. So, if I could live anywhere in this world, it would be a place where I feel is my home, the ultimate paradise.

A chemist, an engineer and an economist are stranded on a deserted island. They carry with them some canned food but have no ordinary means of opening the cans. The chemist suggests gathering some wood and starting a fire and then holding the cans over the heat, counting on the expanding contents to burst open the cans. The engineer thinks it would be better to try smashing the cans open with some of the rocks lying around. Wow great article I totally agree with you. But as you said yourself there is no such place on the earth not know to me. I only wish I can find a place where there is no crime & war. I don't worry about stuff like diseases and pollution it's every where, you have to learn how to protect yourself.
