Personal Contact Via Telephone Increases Sales

Telephone calls, a method commonly forgotten after the Web explosion, are an excellerent for igniting Internet revenue. The practice is unexpected, your competitors are probably not dialing, and it provides greater opportunity to procure feedback from and present benefits to your target audience.

* Determine the reason why you're making the sales call prior to dialing the number. What is the purpose? What are you looking to accomplish? Develop a script, learn it so that the message rolls off of your tongue and sounds natural.

* Get in the "zone." A series of calls will always make you more effective.

* Limit the length of each call. If you set shorter time constraints, you will accomplish more in less time.

* Pace, tone and inflection. Smiling while you are on the telephone can be heard! Absolutely nobody wants to talk to a grouch. If you do not enjoy doing what you're doing or if you do not believe in the quality of the product and/or service, then this well be heard in the conversations you have. Getting excited will get your prospects excited... you know what I am talking about here. Don't come off like a horn blowing clown! Establish value and illustrate the benefits from listening to what you have to say and you can elevate your Internet business to a whole new level.
