Fascinating. Utterly fascinating... that a person who has come into this country illegally ... ie: without going through the immigration channels as all should.... feels she has the right to protest being arrested for using someone else's social security number and getting deported to her home country.
What would happen to me if I were caught using someone else's social security number for something? We all know the answer to that .... we Americans.
Elviro Arellano.. and I hate to even use her name as it somehow will be seen as a validation by some of her "success" in her "demands"... that the U.S. quit doing things that are breaking up families that have "some members in the U.S. legally and some illegally"... is a mockery to our United States.
It would be just hysterically hilarious ecxept that it is so real.. just the simple fact that she seems to think she has the same rights as all of us Americans do. I mean... what right does anyone have to tell her she can't stay here? She may have been just fine.. if she had behaved herself... who knows?
Well.. she should be thankful she was not legal when she was caught using the social security card illegally.
She would be sitting in jail now instead of sitting back in the country in which she was assumedly born.
She is back in Mexico now... in Tijuana.. at a friend's house.... "organizing" on that side of the border. Organizing what I don't know... but it will be to congressmen in Mexico City and organizations throughout Mexico. Perhaps it will be in the hopes of finding someone she can try to convince to sue the American government for doing this to her... or something similar. Oh hurray.
Wouldn't it be much simpler and much less time consuming to just apply for immigrant status through the correct channels? She could then help other illegal immigrants here do the same thing... and they could follow suit... and on and on....but.....
What fun is that for an "activist"... right?

You are so right. Did she really think.. and those who were "harboring" her ... that when she walked out of that church door after a year she could just calmly march to Washington and have her demands heard and met? She and all who stand by her devalue all America stands for.
the problem is we put uo with it to long, wanting cheap labor and votes you can buy with a job. Think about it I've been to mexico I would'nt want to live there!But there need to know this is'nt mexico, it's not their country they are only here to work. If they messup, there should be laws to punish them. If they go to prison inwhich I've been there to its better than Mexico. So whats the point? Get it togather or give up AMERICA
At the end of the day, people are concerned about their own livelihood. This is presumably why Arellano wanted her son born in the US and not in Mexico. If you want a real solution, instead of commenting on this one person, stop politicians' condoning of businesses hiring illegal workers. After all, America is not a country you immigrate into to enjoy lavish government benefits.
Having a child born to an illegal probably is desireable to them.. thinking it is then their "ticket" to full American rights... which it definitely should not be. The business owners should be doing what they should be doing.. if they want these workers.. help them to become legal green card holders. We have laws in place .. people should be held accountable according to those laws. Of course.. .I guess that has become only in a perfect world.................

I'm not sure to whom your statement was directed .. but I find this "bathroom wall"... an enlightenment to the different views of people in our society .. a rather fascinating "education" in itself.
how far in history should we go to see when ur ancestors came to america silverstar and jstan. its easy now to blame immigrants for casuing such problems but was i would have loved to see you say things like this if it was your mother or father or grandparents that were the frist generation here. y should made up boundries by some old fool keep humans from traveling to where they want. to choose the government they want to belong to. to chose the life they want to live. just because you were born here does not make u any better than person that was born on the other side of the atlantic/pacific. perhaps u have been educating urself with bs more than actaul facts and knowledge.
My ancestors came to America through Ellis Island.. followed the procedures expected of them.. and became proud American citizens. The first generation here paved the way for all of us. The facts and knowledge come from history.
