An amazing shortcut to overcome your phobia using Thought Field Therapy

A phobia is irrational fear
Do you find it annoying to be fearful of heights, driving, snakes, mice or birds? Or do you have another phobia which you would like to overcome? Phobias are for the most part unexplained, unless of course you were exposed to a traumatic experience which led to the phobia. Irrational emotions like a phobia can be eliminated with Thought Field Therapy. All you have to do is follow the procedure below. Just imagine a two-way communication activating the natural healing data held within.
Eleven steps to well-being
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is an amazingly fast way of eliminating unwanted emotions. This treatment for phobias can also be used for panic attacks, trauma, anxiety and addiction.
Please prepare yourself by reading the full instructions before you start.
Step 1 Find pen and paper. Think about your phobia. Notice the degree of the discomfort. Rate the level on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is no discomfort and 10 is the worst possible. Note the number on a piece of paper.
Step 2 While thinking of your problem and feeling the unwanted emotions take two fingers and start tapping. It makes no difference which hand you use or which side of the body you treat.
Step 3 Tap the PR spot which is located where you would hit if you were to do a karate chop with the side of your hand. (No. 1 on the image). Tap 5-10 times.
Step 4 Tap the beginning of your eyebrow 5-10 times (No. 2 on the image).
Step 5 Tap 5-10 times under your eye on the top of your cheek bone (No. 3 on the image).
Step 6 Tap 5-10 times under your arm approximately a hand's breadth below the arm pit. (No. 4 on the image).
Step 7 Tap 5-10 times under your collarbone approximately 1.5" from the center of your body. (No. 5 on the image).
Step 8 The Nine Gamut series. Keep your head perfectly still throughout the Series and gaze straight ahead. Tap your Gamut point on the surface of your hand in the indent between your little finger and your ring finger (where Gamut is located on the image). Keep tapping as you proceed with the exercises outlined below. Tap 5-10 times per step.
- Look straight ahead.
- Close your eyes.
- With your eyes only look down to the right.
- With your eyes only look down to the left.
- Roll your eyes around in a big circle.
- Repeat rolling your eyes the opposite way around.
- Hum a few tones with your mouth closed.
- Count aloud to five. Remember to tap all the time.
- Hum again.
Step 9 Repeat step 4-7 tapping the beginning of your eyebrow (No. 2), under your eye (No. 3), under your arm (No.4) and under your collarbone (No. 5.).
Step 10 Reconnect to your feelings when thinking of the phobia and rate the level on the scale from 1 to 10. If the discomfort is at 2 or lower; Continue to Step 11. If the discomfort is unchanged or if it has not decreased by at least 2 points on the scale; Repeat the procedure from the beginning. If going through the procedure several times isn't helping, I would advise you to seek further help.
Step 11 Final step is finishing the treatment with the eye-roll exercise. Hold your head perfectly still and start tapping the Gamut point on the surface of your hand as indicated on the image. Keep tapping and while keeping your head still, let your eyes roll in slow motion from the floor all the way to the ceiling (at least for 6 seconds).
Congratulations! You finished the TFT self help tool for your phobia.

Thank you, Amanda!
Well, EFT and TFT is acutally not the same. EFT is an "off-spring" of TFT and much better known because the founder is very good at marketing. TFT is however the basis and uses specific points for specific issues rather than tapping all points available every time, which EFT does. Maybe the EFT method is easier to do, but in my experience (from client's and student's feed back) not as effective. Anyway, just a little clarification on that... I am so glad you like the pages and hope to see you here often! All the best ...
That was quick Catherina! Thanks for explaining the distinction between EFT and TFT. You're right. I had assumed they were the same. Is Severin a Danish name? I've always assumed that my name comes from the River Severn here in the UK, but as the viking invasion came largely from Denmark, the name could just as easily have Danish origins!
Happy to be of service.... and YES, we were good at raping and pillaging, so who knows! I am not sure if there were vikings with the name of Severin or where the name originates from, maybe France or Russia. I have both French and Russian friends suggesting that! In any case you a definately a sister in spirit! xx

Hi Catherina,
I thought I would stop by and check out this hub, as phobias are something that I also get asked for help with, via hypnotherapy and NLP. I was also very curious, as we have similar interests to go with our similar sir-name!
I have actually used tapping or EFT as we tend to call it here in the UK, but as I'm not officially trained in it, I only mention it in passing, and I have some hand-outs which I give to clients giving details of where to tap. Your hub is really nice and clear, and I hope you get plenty of visitors, as it's a useful thing to know about
