Hello, old friends!!
Hello! Hello! Hello! I'm back. I bet you didn't even know I was gone, right? No matter. I'm back now!
I've been "out-of-pocket" for a minute, but now I have returned to through a little of my infinite wisdom upon the masses- just kidding.
My First Published Book
Where've I been?
Good question. As I mentioned some months ago, I published my first book, and currently, I am working on getting my second book published. I have been out in search of my true voice only to find that I had it all along. I was just afraid to use. I wanted to be sure that what I was writing about was something that people would like.
Soooo. I have been out talking to people. It's wierd because I tend to be a little shy, but it has been great. I've had some really great responses to work, and it is so wonderful to know that I am appreciated.
What brought me back?
I was introducing a friend to Hubpages, and her excitement reminded me of why I was here before. I love it here. I can write about whatever ails me or just write to be writing. I've missed everyone too. All the crazy stories and heart-warming articles and tear-jerking poetry and delicious recipes.

Hi, guys!!! It's so nice that somone noticed I was gone. It felt good to write that hub after being away for so long. I'll check the site links. Thanks for letting me know.
As for the avatar, I transported it from my email account. That is actually my chat avatar. You can transport it or save the avatar to your pc in your pictures file and post it like a regular photo.
It's not hard. If I could figure it out, anyone can. LOL
