I'm allergic to Peanuts and everything else
60Nuts be gone!
Nuts..nuts..and more nuts...
When you have been allergic to peanuts for all your life, it is difficult to enjoy some of the most best looking desserts. Many people underestimate the lethal damage that someone who is allergic to peanuts can do. One small nut or even the touch of spoon that may have been in contact with peanuts or other nuts..and well should I say more...
It has not been easy. We must read all products, ingredients, and not to mention your family who must also make sacrifices for you because they are just as terrified if anything comes in contact with you will be eating. But hey, after many years, you get used to it or do you?
A great dessert can seem very tempting and then they tell you that they are not sure if you can eat it. So here is what I have come up with as one solution. I have created a website that wil contain only and Only peanut-free recipes. I think many people will appreciate this website if they are like me. Instead of buying a dessert, it can be just as easy to make it. It's always easy to replace the peanuts or nuts, with something else. For example, when making truffles with peanut butter....why not find a replacement. Of course, more and more companies are realizing that this allegy thing is getting to be more and more popular so they finally decide to start making more peanut-free products which I am really enjoying. So instead of peanut butter, we don't eat peanut eaters have found a product close enough to peanut butter. You can now find no-nut butter which is made of dried chick peas. Same color of peanut butter and everything. I've been doing some more research on other products since I am creating www.donteatnuts.com and found that they also have Soy buttter too. I haven't found where they sell it in my area but I think there are some places where you can order online. But that's a bit of hassle since you have to wait for you food in the mail. Since my website is made by someone who has deadly allergies, I think there will be more of a personal touch to the website and more people will appreciate it. There are not many recipes yet but it's getting there. And the best part is that others can post their own peanut-free recipes too. This is going to be all free as long as you log in. So if you or someone you know is allergic and you are not sure what to bring when your invited to their homes, why no make something from scratch! I think you and your friends or family will appreciate and even like it more than if you would buy a dessert. It's not our faults that we are allergic and from my experience I tend to feel that often it is my fault that I can't eat it. Some people would even think that your not allergic and they want to test the waters. Message to all those people who must see before they believe... A peanut allergy is deadly! Don't test this at all..it's not human! Enjoy www.donteatnuts.com.

i've been reading around trying to find out what it is in (pea)nuts that makes them so deadly. I for one have enjoyed (pea)nuts all my life and still continue to. I think its a shame that so many people are allergic.
