Print and clip coupons and save big.

Saving money on groceries is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Register with websites that have coupons online, you can print them and use them at your local grocery.

Coolsavings is a good one, also coupons.com, printablegrocerysavings.com and savings.com are just a few. Some of the websites have the same coupons, but you should register for as many as you can because some of the coupons are unique to each site.

Get your local Sunday paper, and clip coupons from the coupon circular. There are websites out there that tell you what coupons are available in each paper.

I also take advantage of all product rewards and incentives.  Mycokerewards is an excellent incentive program, however it is ending in Feb. 2009.  You can get a lot of free items you can use, so take advantage of this.

I suggest you buy more than one paper, if there are a lot of coupons you can use.

If your grocery store happens to be having a buy one get one free sale, you can use two coupons one for each item, the one you purchase and the free one.
