Aviary is an online tool to edit and process images, pictures and photographs. We can edit and save our images online. The user can create, edit and collaborate with community of artists all through online. The user work online and the creations are saved online. Hence all system space is saved and shareing made very easy.

In this page we will see about the image editing tool of Aviary, called Phoenix. This is used to retouch any kind of images. The retouch can be basic editing to complex shading and effects. It has rich editing tools to edit the images with layers, groups, blend modes and many more. Importing images from picasa, flickr and facebook is easy too.

Here is one Example . Go to your page in Aviary.com and launch Phoenix. Browse and open the image you want to edit. the phoenix will open the page with the image in one layer. You can also open an empty file and then import the image from the computer. Then using the tools, you can edit the images as you want and save them.

On the top right side of the page where you can see a link which says "Share this creation". Click on the link. It will take the user to a page where you have an option to share the images with most common links like Twitter,facebook, myspace,digg, and stumble upon. You will also find the link address to be used to embed the image in any other webpages.

You can import the images from the websites like picasa too. Just get the link to the image from the picasa web album and specify it in the Url instead of browsing from the computer.
