Two Fertility Meditation and Imagery Sessions

We live in a constant state of stress where we are over stimulated thru media and progress, we are always in need of peace. This hub is to help you breaking away from daily stimulus, opening into a quiet, relaxed, peaceful state.

Make the beginning of each fertility meditation session a time of relaxing. It is time for you only focus on you and your need to relax and unwind. Start with deep breathing, focusing on breath and winding down your body functioning. Connect to your breath. Lower your pulse and slow down your thought process. Meditation is a way to get in touch with your true healthful Self.

Go back to the land. Bring back the body to a simple, peaceful time, think farmers almanac, the seasons, simple ways of life. We were once connected to the earth from working the land. We loved and cared for our land thru hard labor. I remember going to Grass Valley and picking apples. One of our family adventures, my parents would take us to enjoy the fall. I loved our days spent in the orchards picking apples, eating apple pancakes with apple jam on top, drinking cider, and eating apple pie. It is this wonder that would ground me and would remind me of my true joyful, healthful Self.

Fruit Tree Imagery

Image walking thru an orchard in late summer, early fall when the branches are heavy with leaves and fruit. The seasons are changing and you can feel the anticipation of summer turning. The upcoming harvest season, the holidays, first days of school and weekend get always are just a few of the festivities of Fall. You see a ladder under a beautiful full tree just waiting for your presence. Looking down at your feet as you climb up the ladder. It extends into the tree and you feel protected in it's branches much like a child hiding in a fort. Once at the top of the ladder you are amongst the best apples that have received the most sunlight and are ripe ready for picking. You extend your arm and grasp an apple in your hand. Feeling the apples weight and shiny skin. The tree gives you the nourishment with the snap of the stem the fruit is in your hand and then in your pail. Continue to reach and collect the fruit until your pail if full. As you step down off the ladder you take a moment to look around and view the orchard. How established and strong the trees are growing. Their roots deep in the soil reaching, pulling up water and nutrients to grow. The growth cycle will reflect in the fruit that you have picked. Breath deeply.

Take a moment to bring your awareness back to your breath. Let the image of the orchard leave your mind. Let it drift offleaving your relaxed and refreshed. Sit still for as long as you need keeping your mind clear and free of thought. Just focus on your breath.

Sometimes the image of fruit trees is not enough to help us feel more fertile. So it is helpful to focus on the fertility proces and the body rythums that help us to achieve pregnancy.

Fertile Human Imagery Meditation

Focus on your breathing slow and steady. Visualize a fertile vibrant human body pulsating with life. You are here to give birth and pass on your genetic material to your offspring. Your ovaries juicy as grapes are clustered with eggs ready to be released. Your fillopian tubes are clear and open, ready to serve and transport the egg to where the sperm will meet the egg. As the egg is fertilized it starts to germinate and change as it continues to travel thru the tube into the Uterus. The Uterus is soft and filled with blood so that the fertilized egg will attach to it's human cradle. Breath deeply and desire and energy. You are at peace with the process and are open to all possibilities.

Imagine your tiny baby attaching and growing inside of you. Your secret of life is deep in your womb. Your baby is sitting warm and protected, enjoying it's home. Growing in a cradle of love the baby has attached and is feeling loved. You sleep, eat well and exercise in moderation. Preparing your body for the next nine months to cradle and care for your baby. See your baby growing inside of you. Breath deeply as you watch your baby grow.

Imagery and Meditation has always been a positive way to reinforce my health and affirmations. I had a difficult time getting pregnant with my son and choose to be positive and meditate on being pregnant. We spent almost five years trying to get pregnant and now have the joy of nurturing our son and watching him grow. I truly hope these sessions will help you as they have helped me in my quest for a healthy and happy pregnancy.
