Sexual abuse of children is increasing in India at a very fast rate. Young boys and girls are being abused in all ways in India. This is not restricted to rural areas alone. It is actively taking place in metro cities also where in come cases even father or brothers or uncles turn out to be villans. Recently boys are being targeted by gay people for sex. This type of behaviour with small children will destroy their life and future developments. I have decided to create this hub based on request to give information on the importance of sex education. But who will educate children on this topic. Will they get proper guidance in schools. Should the parents educate their children. One important fact is that even if no one gives information they will try to find out these facts by asking their freinds or by reading books. The problem arise when these books provide them incorrect information on the topic and puts evil in their minds. So it is best for parents to provide good educational books on this topic which can help them to know correct details. They should be taught of the good and evils and the danger of diseases like AIDS and other harmful effects on society

By now some of you would have started thinking, why should parents bother about all these things when there are schools to provide this education on sex. Let me cite a small event that took place in Kerala, about which i heard in news. This is the most shocking news i have heard this year. In a small city in Kerala, a male School teacher has abused a girl of 7 years who had come to his school. The girl told her parents that the teacher had tried to touch her private parts and the teacher also asked her to do some bad things which i cannot write in here. How come a teacher who has to be a reflection of God do such evil things to a student. Who can teach the right things to students on this topic if teachers also start behaving like this. Now you decide the condition and attitudes of people to others. Who should be taught - Students or Elders - Who needs Education ? These questions will remain unanswered until the governments and Citizens of India come together to find out a real solution to solve these kind of problems
