Most people are confused on how to target their abs, people feel as if they have been cheated in so many different ways, because of all the gimmicks that have come out in the past, and rightfully so. If you are someone who is confused and frustrated, then you should try using some of these in-home workout routines. I know what you are thinking, "More in-home workouts to spend money on that don't work!." But I promise you that this is not the case if you follow their plans. These abdominal workout routines are definitely advanced, so they are not for everyone. If you are looking into getting a six-pack, then you might want to try one of these insane workouts, because these can sculpt your abs and the rest of your body.
Insanity Workout
This is a new workout that is going to take off like a rocket ship. You might have heard of Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs, well the Insanity workout is going to blow Hip Hop Abs out of the water, no more dance moves! Shaun T's Insanity is going to be his best and most intense workout yet. This is the type of workouts that professional athletes use to get their bodies and abs into shape. You will experience some great core workouts and speed up your metabolism for some great looking abs and overall body.
Unlike the other three in-home workouts that I am going to be talking about, Shaun T insanity is only 60 days long instead of 90, but do not think that you will be cheated in any way, because this can very well be the most intense in-home workout on the market.
There are no weights involved, no chin up bars, no resistance bands, it is all about your body weight. It is a high velocity interval training workout system that will absolutely kick your butt and get your heart rate pounding like crazy. The Insanity workout will help shed that fat off your body, and help carve those abs.

ChaLean Extreme
ChaLean extreme has a couple of abdominal workouts that will help burn away that excess fat and reveal your abs. ChaLean Extreme has an Ab burner and Extreme abs workout. The reason why these workouts are great is because they incorporate dumbbells into the abdominal routine. The exercises are unique and challenge every region of your abs.
The Chalean Extreme workout is 90 days long and is totally different than the Insanity Workout, where the Insanity workout is more cardio and uses no weights, the ChaLean Extreme workout uses dumbbells and builds muscle to burn away fat. P90x is a 90 day workout program and it the real deal, this program has literally changed people's lives for the better. Each workout DVD focuses on a group of muscles from anywhere to an hour or an hour and a half. P90x works on strength, cardio, and flexibilty, it covers it all.
P90x uses weights, resistance bands and a chin up bar. The workouts are challenging and innovated. Tony Horton is the man who put these workouts together and will motivate you through the whole 90 days. Not Only does P90x have some great upper body and cardio workouts, but it also has a great ab routine called Ab Ripper X. It is one of the best and most difficult 12 minutes of ab exercises that have been put together, but work very well. You will definitely build muscle and get toned with these p90x workouts.
