People make me happy. I like to be surrounded by my friends, happy warm welcoming people. I like their approval and acceptance. These things make me happy. Their support, reassurance and conversation.

Beauty makes me happy. I like to take to the hills in search of beautiful places. Nature has its own way of making you feel tranquil and at peace with yourself. I might sometimes come back wet, muddy and tired, but always happy.

Good music makes me happy. Something with a good rhythm and upbeat lyrics can make me smile and feel like the world alright again.

Dancing makes me happy. That moment when all the concentration and practice pays off and you manage to perform a dance perfectly without any mistakes, even if there’s no one else around to watch you. There is very little that can beat this happiness!

The sunshine, good weather, some nice friends, good music and dancing, sounds like I need to throw a barbeque!
