You will also need to communicate with them in a way that they are more like your friends than just people who are coming in to the office to deliver what you ask of them. Try giving effort to remembering their names (and even their ages) and certain characteristics that make them distinct.

A good way to increase productivity is through being open-minded. You should learn to keep an open mind so you can better accept pieces of advice, criticisms, and suggestions. It does not help to think that you are always right.
