Indirect Oral Communication

It is the communication that is made through the voice of the sender to the receiver, regardless of the distance that separates.

Dictaphones

It is a device that allows communication between people separated by a short distance, for example, manager and department secretaries.



Phone

In 1876, Bell invented an electromagnetic equipment designed to transmit sound in the distance. It is a very powerful communication tool.

Some tricks to good use the phone:

    1. Smile - Our voice is more pleasant when you smile;
    2. Controlling the Mood - The phone significantly enhances the slightest emotion;

    3. Always identify yourself - It is important for dialogue and for future contacts;

    4. Drawl - All information which are transmitted are important and should be well understood;
    5. Do not Stop - is to avoid interruption in social discourse of our party, leaving him to finish later put the doubts that were emerging;
    6. Taking Notes - Whenever necessary records should be made of information received in order to avoid possible omissions.


Intercom

Equipment used in businesses for internal communication. There are several models on the market more or less sophisticated, but all have a keypad with numbers corresponding to the various departments of the company. these devices avoid travel, because it facilitates communication within the organization.
