Indonesian and Alibaba Scammers - Nintendo Wii
67Indonessian Scammers on Asianproducts.com
I got scammed out of $2,500 US. I wrote this to help protect YOU.
#1, DO NOT send money via Western Union unless you like paying for someones bar tab or car payment. ONLY use Escrow.com, period - don't argue, don't justify any other means of payment. "I warned you". Ask yourself if this is too good to be true? It most likely is..
Next I'll tell you that I was looking to buy Nintendo Wii's, but this also applies to iRobots, iPods, PS3's, Handbags, Dysan Vacuums...etc
Let me explain how Nintendo Wii's are manufactured and how they end up in the United States. The process starts in China, all Nintendo Wii's are manufactured in China, after they have been built they are sent to the U.S. for packaging. China does not package the Wii's, this is done in the U.S.
Once the Nintendo Wii's are packaged they are sent to distributors and retailers. The concept of buying a Nintendo Wii from Indonesia or China at a price below the retailer is near impossible. The only way to purchase the Nintendo Wii is from a Distributor who buys in BULK from the manufacturer.
Asianproducts and Alibaba are host to tons of scammers trying to sell you Nintendo Wii's from China or Indonesia. The usually have a requirement of 10-50 units and accept shady methods of payment like Western Union, Wire Transfer. NEVER use anything other than Escrow for your first purchase and ALWAYS request a sample.
I found an alternative to Asianproducts and Alibaba, a more reliable source for wholesaling and importing. It requires a membership fee but it's well worth the cost and it pays for itself 1000 times over. Check out SaleHoo and start Importing with confidence.
Don't get scammed out of money like I did. If it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Mr. Gora Naro
Jl Sukarjo Wiryopranoto 18,Jakarta,Indonesia(ID) from this comapny u need to spend 2000$ to make an order , so u did order from every company that u know all of them are scammers ?
anyway your post saved me from losing 2000$ .
Thank you
by the way www.alibaba.com there is a lot of this stuff, do you thing all of them are scammers ?
My only advice is to NOT send the money Western Union, REQUIRE escrow.com and pay the fees.. I'll guarantee you they won't accept your offer and INSIST you send the money Western Union.
But hey, I warned you.
Michael, and no I did not spend $2,000 with that company, but I can tell you it's 100% impossible to buy a Nintendo Wii from Indonesia.. all the companies I posted are fake companies pictching the Nintendo Wii.. You have to be super careful with PS3's, iPods (any model), Wii's, iRobots, Dysan Vacuums, any high demand electronics. Insist on using an escrow service, if they push Wire Transfer or Western Union.. you know they are not legit.
Being married to a girl from bali - indonesia i can tell you it is possible to buy a nintendo wii from indonesia, they do have shops, you can pick one up from a mall for about $300 last i heard but definetly do not follow any seller on alibaba.com
alibaba.com is the biggest load of shit scammer website i have ever had the misfortune of seeing, i was scammed out of £200.
even after telling them they done well to take my money at lest send me the psp for my daughter and keep the change they sent me nothing, and had the cheek to keep sending me emails under different compnay names, this was a chinese person though , never dealt with any misleading indonesian companys
There are a ton of scammers on Alibaba.com. It has been reported that 99% of the Chinese scammers selling electronics on Alibaba.com are nothing more than just scam artist. I personally know how it feels, I lost 8,000 from a scam on Alibaba.com, and their staff seems to allow it. They are still active!
On your particular scam you scammers name (Guangzhou King Trading Co., Ltd. ) seems so similar to this fake companies name, Guiyang Reap Trade Co., Ltd. I wonder if they are the same person? Was your scammers name Yada or Amy?
I was so outraged by it I started a site at http://www.report-online-scams.com that lets people tell their scam stories for free. I believe that every scam that people do not report cost people thousands of dollars.
