So in industry we require something that can speed up our production speed and on such reform was introduction of Industrial conveyor in the industry which reduce the human work as well as improve the speed and efficiency of the system. These were use for carrying bulk loads in the industry from one place to another which usually takes more time if done by the individual. The length of the roller conveyor varies according to the use. Some are very small some are of a mile long. It can be basically being divided into horizontal, inclined, vertical loop and closed-circuit type of conveyor according to their state.

They are not used individually in factory but the combination of them is used. So the customization of the arrangement of the conveyor used is very important as per the aspect of the industry.

The manufacturing of it is done by using materials such as steel, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, rubber or plastic. The arrangement of it is a work of expert who studies the industrial area to decide how they should be arranging in that area. They should be arrange in such a way that the efficiency of the system should over ally increase. The above problem can be avoided if the system is maintained carefully by taking some precautionary measure. Some of the basic precautions associated are to lubricate the system regularly, check if the tension in the chain in the system is proper, spilling of the material should not take place during transportation and the system should be always loaded in such a way that it should not affect the life as well as the efficiency of the system.
