IBC Inflammatory Breast Cancer

IBC Inflammatory Breast Cancer

Hello there, TrudyVan here.

I lost a sister in law through Breast Cancer. Please if you do anything today, please read up on the early signs of cancer. Knowledge is power and it could save your or any other persons life. Always get a second and even a third opinion. It is Your Right!!

It is your life that you are playing with. Think of you first, then your family. What would it do to them if you were no longer here. That second opinion will make the difference.

Woman should trust their gut instinct. You are right most of the time. I know of a woman that thought she was "losing it" because she knew something was not right but the doctor told her it was stress. When she at last listened and went for a second opinion it was found that she has cancer in the right breast. She had never done a self examination before so she did not know what to feel for. She had her right breast removed and started on her Chemotherapy.

Today she is happy and well. Just think for a moment, she had two small daughters. She is able to be with them. Share their special moments all because she went for another opinion.

Today I hope that you are going to give some time to yourself.

kindest regards
TrudyVan

Here are but a few early warning signs of IBC:

Rapid increase of breast size
Redness
Thickening of the Breast Tissue

Anything that is different to the norm needs to be investigated and not brushed off just with a course of antibiotics. Insist on a further investigation, It could save your life. There is more than one type of breast cancer.

What a great tribute to your sister-in-law Trudy. We think alike! My version is "In my life I've found I'm right WAY more than I'm wrong. So I'm gonna go with ME on that." Also I'll send you a link to review in that vein.

I just read Deanna Favre's book Don't Bet Against Me and just heard about IBC. This is critical information for women everywhere. I have two friends who are successfully battling breast cancer right now. I am so very sorry about your sister. Thank you very for sharing.
